This is the downstairs unit of a duplex home! The entire downstairs is yours for the duration of your stay. The backyard is fenced but it is not private. It is shared with upstairs resident.

Please note:

-we make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies as there are some uneven surfaces
-we do not allow smoking/vaping, or unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine.
-we allow maximum 1 pet, and they must be added in your booking request
-this historic house is 90 years old. That’s part of the charm and challenge of it. The floors are original. You may notice they slope in areas or in general behave/look like 90 year old floors. If this is a concern, this may not be a great fit for your needs

Neighborhood highlights

Nice quiet neighborhood with nearby highway access, but far enough away that there is no noise pollution from traffic. Stone's throw away from Downtown and the Charleston Historical district. As with any city, please be mindful of the many one-way streets around (the home sits on a 2-way street).
