The Space

This West Village apartment is close to everything, sunny, clean, fully furnished.

This is an incredible downtown location. There are restaurants, shops and bars in every direction, and you can't do any better for transit. A block away from the 1 subway line, three blocks from the West 4th station with A,C,E,B,D,F,M lines. Fourth-floor walkup. Laundry across the street. Wifi, and high-quality studio speakers.

Good for a couple, though the couch also has a full sized sofabed so two more can sleep there in a pinch (though it would be crowded in the apartment.) No pets, no smoking, water the plant daily, and please keep it clean -- otherwise enjoy!

Guest Access

All bedding and towels provided. Free Wifi. There is no TV but you're welcome to use the speakers and projector.
