Villa Rosa is a wonderful 4 bedroom villa overlooking Banderas Bay. The villa has its own maid and chef to provide you 5 star service. You enjoy your vacation without having to do laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, or cleaning.
Enjoy a beautiful, 4000 square foot, Mexican villa overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta in a quiet neighborhood. The villa is located on the southside of Puerto Vallarta about a 15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach. Tasteful furnishings grace the entire home on three floors. The first floor is the location of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace with a private swimming pool.
A large circular staircase with stained glass windows leads you to the second and third floors. The master suite occupies the entire second floor with a bedroom, closets, and fantastic bathroom with an open air jacuzzi. It has a king-size bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is under the pool area and has its own separate private entrance. It has two twin beds and a private bath which can be made into a king sized bed.
The villa has a maid and a chef. The cost is included in the overall rental rate. They will pamper you and create a truly relaxing vacation. You will be freed of cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
You select from the Villa Rosa menu for up to two meals per day and they will do the shopping for you once you give them money. Clients rave about Carlos' cooking. My favorites are the tequila tuna and grilled lobster. My breakfast favorites are french toast and huevos rancheros. Ask Carlos to make you a mango margarita. Try his Mexican pulled pork (carnitas) on a hard bun with his very spicy chilli sauce. It is as fine as any restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.
To further enhance your experience "spa services" in Villa Rosa are available at an additional charge. This is for both men and women. Massages, hair styling, haircuts, pedicures, manicures, and facials are available at a resonable charge. This may be arranged in advance or when you arrive.
You do not really need a car. It is a 10 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach, Blue Chairs Resort, and Green Chairs.
It would be a 15 minute walk to south side downtown restaurants and stores.
Also, if you require, meet and greet services at the airport are available. A person will meet you at the airport, give you a brief orientation to Puerto Vallarta and take you directly to Villa Rosa. The charge is $20.00 for up to two people and $10.00 per extra person. When you depart you will be picked up at Villa Rosa and taken to the airport.
Should you like to book tours or have someone make restaurant reservations for you, Carlos, the chef, can assist you.

The goal is to make your visit something you will remember. I don't think you will find a better deal on the southside of Puerto Vallarta with your own staff and close to Los Muertos Beach.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was perfect. The house is quite large, well appointed, and in a good location. It is situated up the side of a mountain and the views are spectacular.
On the main level there is a heated pool with a nice deck for getting sun, a kitchen, bathroom, and large living room. We found this the perfect place to just hang out. If anyone in the group needed more privacy, all of the bedrooms were generously proportioned. On the next level was the Master bedroom and upstairs were two more bedrooms. It should be noted, though, that the last bedroom was below the main house with a separate entrance from the garage. This did not bother us at all. The entire house is lovely.
Carlos and Vanessa were fantastic! Carlos prepared two meals a day, which for us was breakfast and dinner. We ate very well. That guy can cook! Vanessa assisted in food prep, served the meals and kept the house clean, even doing laundry. This really made for a luxury experience.
We all loved our time spent there and would definitely go back.
Beautiful villa! We were greeted with chips, guacamole and margaritas. All delicious!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Rosa! There were six of us and the space was perfectly sized for us. Carlos and Vanessa were friendly hosts and we were easily able to keep everyone happy with meals and margaritas! The weather was very hot and humid, which meant we spent a lot of time at the pool, which was perfect for us. We would happily return!
We just returned home after a week-long stay at Villa Rosa with our three adult children and their families, including a toddler and an infant.
That moment when you arrive at your destination after a challenging day of travel and you're not really sure what you've gotten into--"Is it as good as it looked in the pictures?"--was awesome!
Villa Rosa is a unique and beautiful home perched up on a hill with wonderful views of old town and the ocean. It is well-furnished and decorated and very comfortable. The children were in the two side-by-side bedrooms with their parents and the thick walls made the rooms virtually sound-proof.
We used the pool a lot and never ran of out towels, thanks to Vanessa who did our laundry daily!
The house itself would rate at least four stars, but having Carlos and Vanessa coming in every day to clean and prepare meals definitely pushed it to five stars. They are unobtrusive and professional and the meals are wonderful. We had breakfast every day at about 10:00 and dinner between 6:00 and 7:00 and every meal was delicious and well-presented.
It's about a fifteen minute walk to the beach through old town, so there is a lot to look at on the way and lots of opportunities for shopping and eating. The hill is quite steep and the house has a lot of stairs. We appreciated that since we were eating so well and that was our only exercise. But that might be a negative for some.
Four of us, two couples, spent a week at Villa Rosa and we loved it. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The views from the house were breath-taking and we never got sick of them. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and the romantic zone and a cheap cab ride back (the house sits on a hill).
We used the patio and pool quite a bit and we also enjoyed Carlos and Vanessa. The meals were amazing and reasonable.
We couldn't have had a better time. I'd stay here again and again and recommend it to anyone.
Our group stayed at Villa Rosa for 5 days in November. We all loved the villa's charm and personality of the rustic spanish decor were all lovely. The location is perfect view of the beach from the hilltop, close to the center, walking distance to Malecon and taxi's are easy to call for pickup and drop off. Overall, Tom was incredibly helpful throughout the reservation process, very detail oriented and the welcome kit/package was extremely handy. Above all, Carlos and Vanessa's hospitality was exceptional. We would love to stay here again and again!
