My friend and I stayed with Antonia for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time there! The flat was always clean, the breakfast was great and Antonia introduced us to the cultural and artistic side of London. The flat is very close to the Kennington Station which allows you to take the Northern line to pretty much all the major site in London. Multiple bus stops are located close by as well.
A great location near the tube for ease of getting around. Antonia was very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay memorable. A very comfortable bed and amazing breakfasts. Thank you.
Like the pictures show you, this flat is carefully and tastefully refurbished to make both host and guests feel very comfortable. Generous breakfast and home-made pastry are offered to further please guests, and daily mini-cleaning refreshes your bedroom. This is indeed a second home for travellers who like being nicely taken care of while away from home. An extra sweet surprise was the two nine-week old puppies who cheered up every moment.
Antonia was also very flexible with arrival and departure time and went out of her way to help with every practical question.
The apartment is super easily and quickly accessible from Central London; was a warm and safe haven in an unusually chilly June..
Antonia was such a friendly and hospitable hostess! She helped us get around the city, gave us great tips, and made our 20th anniversary celebration a memorable one!
Antonia Clare welcomed us to her flat late one night when our hotel was overbooked. She was very cheery and pleasant, even though it was after 10pm when we arrived and before 6am when we left to catch our train to Belgium. The Tube stop is nearby, but because we had to leave so early with our giant suitcases (packed for 2 weddings), she kindly arranged for an Uber driver. The only negative is the high cleaning fee, $76, which she did not reduce or waive despite knowing that we would stay just long enough to crash and shower. The cleaning fee was 40% of the expense.
Racheal instant booked so there was no chance to waiver the cleaning fee
as guests as a rule stay 4 nights - airbnb dont have a sliding scale for cleaning other than a one off fee - and the maid comes 2-3 times a week it covers her time along with cleaning room daily to hotel standard -the flat is handmade by artists as so has a handmade feel - this is what most guests love about the place.

Experiences to cherish
Barcelona Spain - drinking sherry eating slithers of cured wild boar eating off barrels in a tiny hole in the wall with fisher men sipping cava 5pm midweek.
skiing in Zermatt with my boyfriend and coming across a sledge being pulled by couple huskies followed by their frolicking puppies on a wonderful clear sunny out for an afternoon.
Climbing a mountain in the dark to see the volcanos on Stromboli Italy.
getting lost in George Town Washington looking at doors.
diving for sea urchins off a surfboard with a plastic bag of lemons with some friends in Greece, that was a great lunch.
I am a happy relaxed person who lives for good conversation, beautiful surroundings and creative inspirations.
