Live in the Heart of London's West End & enjoy the benefits of a heavenly central location with everything on your doorstep... you'll be overwhelmed by choice... and more savings gained at this 'Un-hotel' with kitchen & more than a hotel can offer...

The Space

This is the heart of Soho, buzzing, lively and central. If you want a slightly quieter spot please see my other listing

Please note THIS APARTMENT HAS A 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY with preference given to stays of 5 nights or over. I can only accept 4 night stays if they don't dislodge the potential for longer bookings...

*When renting from me I'd like you to understand that I care about the comfort and expectations of my renters... I would never show you 4 fluffy pillows in photos and give you 2. I will keep to my description or exceed my promises in Notorious Soho where at my place, cleanliness is paramount.
Another saving you will make here - is late check-in fees. I will not charge an out of office hours check-in fee to meet and greet :)

*You have a perfectly equipped studio. Relax, watch DVD's or TV, listen to music with the selection of DVD's and CD's or enjoy the Wifi service. You can cook in the kitchen area, dine at the table and wash AND dry your clothes which is rare in the UK.
Additionally there is a sofa which converts to a double bed
(I do charge for extra renters because of extra laundry and cleaning load, and keep it at 3 maximum in here)

*All the central tube stations are within a short walk. Piccadilly Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square are almost on the doorstep... a rare treat along with Museums, galleries, night and day life galore

*Apartments posted for short-term vacation rentals are not only often cheaper than hotels, they’re more spacious and charming. Plus, their neighbourhood locale can make for a more authentic experience.

Look forward to hearing from you
xx

Guest Access

Everything in sight in the apartment is for guest use. Some stuff is stashed away out of sight. i.e. laundered linens for the next guests.
You have spares of bedding in the drawers :)

Interaction with Guests

I meet 8 out of 10 guests. Sometimes it's not possible to meet and greet them, but I will pop in to them if they need me

The Neighborhood

Soho is the central meeting spot for all of London, where all corners of the city converge. It's a place covered with meeting spots that meet every taste.
Travel to and from here is made easy by multiple tube stations and bus routes.
Soho is literally on the doorstep of the top theatre shows. It nestles between the best shopping, museum clusters, parks, bars, restaurants, art, markets, tourist sights. You'd never need to travel out of W1 if you didn't want to, but of course, while you've got the East End so close, West London starting at the far end of Oxford Street with Notting Hill up that road. Camden is a bus ride or walk through Regents Park away.
And just across the Thames your South London experience starts.
Soho is the pivotal axis for London's aspirations. It set the trend for a standard of energy and quality for all the trendy new pockets that spring up with gentrification.
I.e. everywhere aims to have bustling hip cafes & pubs full of creative types alongside office workers of all kinds.
Soho is also a place to people spot... just sit on Old Compton Street and your eyes wil boggle!!!

Getting around

Best transport in London. Never 5 mins from a tube stop. Though you b=never need tubes... I advise getting buses so you can keep track of where you really are and how darn close all those tube stops are to each other!!
Or.... just walk.... it's a pleasure walking round here... never a dull moment. Always something new to experience....

Other Things to Note

This is Soho - formerly reknowned for it's l=sleaziness. It's stilll here in a few streets around this apartment block but it's highly commercialized and sits nicely alongside tourism. Indeed... it's probably still here for the benefits of the sight seers.
However... it's not 'quaint' and/pr quiet so this means thinking twice before booking your Grandparents into Soho! It's not ideal for easily offended people, for very aged people and especially not prudes or homophobes.

  • My sister and I stayed in this lovely little apartment and loved every bit of it! Excellent location, very clean ,and Suzie was extremely helpful! Will definitely stay here next time we are in London. The noise was not a really problem for us, we just used some earplugs and the street noise was completely blocked out, and it's worth it considering you're only minutes away from the best shows, bars and restaurants in town! A great choice for a home away from home!

  • Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment and its proximity to just about everything. Suzie is incredibly likable, so I can not say anything negative about the accommodation at Rupert Street

  • A superb studio apartment in the heart of London. Close to Piccadilly circus and in a short walking distance from many of the attractions the city has to offer.
Suzie made the apartment to include everything we needed for our stay. And yes, it's nice as seen on the pics. What you see, is what you get.
As claimed before, there are lots of pubs nearby and it can be a bit noisy at night.

  • We had a very comfortable stay at Suzie's soho flat. The location was amazing, right near Piccadilly Circus. There were lots of hip restaurants and bars nearby, and we were able to catch a musical. The flat is located right next to a really popular bar / club that was pretty loud at night, though this didn't really bother us too much since we were so tired at the end of the day. The flat itself was really comfortable and had all the necessities that we needed for our stay. There was even a collection of tourism brochures that we found helpful, e.g., map for the British Museum. Only downside is that we had some issues with the wifi. Overall, we were really happy with our stay.

  • Suzie's flat is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of Soho. It's a nice big studio and very well fitted out and maintained. Having a washer and dryer is especially good.

The only complaint I have is that the wifi router is shared, and I found it to be slow and unreliable. Unfortunately, I particularly needed internet for the stay so this was a big drawback.

  • We had a very pleasant stay in Soho. The studio is well equiped, very cozy and nearby everything you need. Suzie was a great host and made sure we had everything.
We can happily recommend Suzie's to everyone!!

Thanks you Suzie everything was great, hope to see you again..

  • I had a great ten day stay in this studio! Comfortable and clean! Suzie provided everything I needed - wall adapters, plenty of towels, maps and guide books, etc. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the tube, museums, and theatres! I highly recommend booking here, especially if you are looking to be in the heart of the city.
