Being close to the East Side makes getting around the area fast and easy. We're close to the bus line, 5 major supermarkets, tons of restaurants and shopping. If you have a car there is easy routes to Newport, Bristol, Cape Cod, and Boston.
Cozy apartment that is convenient to the East Side of Providence without paying East Side prices.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a blow up mattress, new bathroom, eat in kitchen, and living room. The apartment is located on the second floor.
Guest will have access to free wireless access and FiOS TV for those rainy days. Off street parking, laundry in the basement, central heat and AC. During the summer there chairs and side tables in the back yard under a grape arbor.
Interaction with Guests
I'm currently doing some renovations on the first floor and hope to move in before the snow flies. Hopefully I'll run into you during your stay. My brother lives on the third floor. You may run into him or you may not however he is always available for questions or problems.
While the neighborhood is centrally located to easy transportation there are some walkable restaurants, parks, and stores. Being across the river from Providence it has a little bit slower pace and safer feel.
Located in East Providence between 2 bridges it is half a block to the bus line. Walk to Brown, RISD, J&W, the East Side and downtown areas of Providence. Pubic transportation is available half a block away via RIPTA. We are also located close to the East Bay bike path for a great ride through picturesque communities along the bay. Day trips to Newport, Little Compton, Watch Hill, Mystic, Boston, and P-Town are easily doable.

Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am.
No smoking. No pets (This does not mean that there have never been pets in the house. It was built in the late 1800's so there have been. There haven't been pets in the apartment for 4 years. There is however a cat in the first floor apartment below this one. ).
