Check In
  • Ryan's place is a must stay in Olympia; I'm happy to contribute to the glowing reviews! Checking in was a breeze because Ryan was in touch before our arrival. Ryan's graciousness as a host - which also included a prepared snack and quality area maps - was a welcome relief after a day of driving.

After setting our bags down in a large, warm, and beautifully-appointed bedroom, we drove to Olympia's centre for a quality night out. Getting from the house to Olympia's main strip is quick and easy- it took no more than 10 minutes (even with my overly-cautious driving). I should note that although I drove to the Osprey's Nest, I did see public transport about 2 short blocks from the house.

Although the Washington's capitol certainly has its charms, I equally enjoyed Ryan's house for its gorgeous morning views and ease of access to other beautiful areas. Thanks Ryan!

  • Ryan was great to let me stay with such short notice. It is simple, cozy and comfortable accommodations in one of the great neighborhoods of Olympia. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.
    Thanks Ryan!

  • My wife and i had very a positive experience renting this house for three nights. The house was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood on Olympia's Westside. Ryan was an excellent host. He made it clear up front that he would be sharing the house with us for at least one of the three nights, sleeping in the other bedroom. We usually prefer complete privacy but in this case it was not a problem. We felt we received a good value for the price.

We appreciated nice additional touches like fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of wine.

  • We needed a clean, comfortable place to lay or heads while we were visiting our daughter who goes to Evergreen and Ryan's place fit the bill perfectly

  • Ryan's place is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was comfortable, light, clean, and roomy. But the kitchen needs a toaster!

  • The space and bed are comfortable and the host went out of his way to make the stay hospitable. There's nothing like arriving to find a bit of wine and cheese waiting for you!

The building is conveniently located near downtown, either by public transportation or a pleasant half-hour walk. I slept wonderfully since there was no road noise at all. There's a breakfast and lunch restaurant on the street and a charming grocery store around the corner with excellent produce.
