All the shops, restaurants, rich history, festivities, and nightlife are right here a few steps away! Enjoy the sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the front steps before going out.

Open the Dutch Door to watch the Tugboats and get all the smells from the restaurants surrounding you. It will be hard not to eat out every night.

The space
We call the apartment "The Tugboat" and when you stay here you will see why!

Enjoy the views of the waterfront and the tugboats. No short of entertainment from the front dutch split door. There are 2 fold chairs in the closet to sit on the front stairs and enjoy the hustle on Ceres street from the 2nd floor.

While in the space you get the feeling of old Portsmouth with large original wood beams in the ceiling and brick walls throughout. It gives you sense of comfort and the history of Portsmouth.

The Living Room is spacious with a 3 person Couch that pulls out to a Queen bed and a stylish chair in the corner. 55' Wall Mounted TV w/soundbar with Roku, Netflix included.

The Bedroom w/King Memory Foam Mattress is very comfortable and there are multiple pillows to choose from. It has an area next to the closet with a desk to work when needed or get ready for the night in front of the mirror.

The Kitchen includes everything you need to cook a dinner or breakfast. Enjoy your takeout at the 4 seat round dining table, play card games or chat about deciding which part of town you want to walk to in the morning to explore the city from this central waterfront location. In the morning make a Coffee Maker and French Press, pots and pans, utensils and dishes. You'll find all you need to prepare a full meal or just microwave some popcorn.

To enter the unit you do have a steel exterior staircase to walk up to the unit from street level.

A short walk to anywhere in the downtown area and if you have a car we offer an off street parking spot close by the unit. (parking spot is additional $20/night)

The bathroom is appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton towels and a hair dryer.

Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
We do offer an OFF STREET Parking Spot for guests. The parking spot is a 2 min walk down Ceres street towards the salt piles. See directions in photo we send once booked. The Parking spot is $20/per night during your stay. The only overnight parking around is in the garage and it can be up to $40/per night if you find a spot.

The location is around commercial shops and restaurants so you can expect to hear the sounds of people, nightlife. – all the common sounds you'd hear from an active downtown. It's an old building and you may hear people through the walls while the shops are open during the day. There is on-street metered parking during the day, a paid parking garage and a free parking lot (our recommendation) within a few minutes walk towards Market Square.
