The space
Each bedroom is carefully designed to provide ultimate relaxation, boasting plush bedding, soft linens, and ample storage space. -The master bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed, perfect for two adults. It has it's own private, full bathroom, a closet, night stands, and flat screen tv.
-The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, suitable for two adults. This room also has a closet, a nightstand, a dresser, and a flat screen tv.
-The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a closet, and night stand. This setup is ideal for children or additional guests.
-The living room is a spacious area designed for relaxation and socializing. It includes comfortable seating arrangements, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table.
-Step outside where a private front porch awaits. Relax with a morning cup of coffee in one of 4 rocking chairs. The lush landscaping and tranquil surroundings create a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.
-Enjoy a side porch equipped with a dining area with 4 chairs, a sun umbrella and a grill. Enjoy delicious outdoor meals with our charcoal BBQ grill. It’s a great way to make the most of your time outdoors!

-The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a dish washer, a Keurig coffee pot, and an island with 4 stools for seating.
We understand that dogs are family, and we'd love to host your canine companions at our Beaufort home! Pictures of your fur babies are very much welcomed :) So your furry friend can join you, please observe the following guidelines:
-Kindly inform us in advance of your arrival if you'll be bringing a dog including their weight, maximum of 40 lbs or less.
-Please dispose of all pet waste
-Our policy allows for a maximum of 1 dog per stay.
-A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay, will be applied.
-Please note, this fee does not cover any potential damages or excessive waste cleanup that may occur.

🚭This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.
🧻We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.
A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided.
No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00.
Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence.

IMPORTANT Note for USMC Graduation Guests:
If you are booking dates for a Marine Corps graduation, we highly recommend reserving the night of graduation as well. Guests are not typically permitted to bring all luggage onto base, and vehicle checks can cause delays or complications.
While we do our best to accommodate military families coming to support their Marine, please note that we cannot guarantee luggage storage after checkout on graduation day. Additionally, early check-ins and late checkouts are not always possible due to our cleaning team’s schedule and back-to-back reservations. Our cleaners manage multiple properties, and we want to ensure each home is perfectly prepared for every guest.
