No parties or other events, those must be booked on St. James Idaho website for additional fee. Security cameras in public areas/hallways.
The space
We are a historic building on the National Register available for overnight guests when not in use for events. We have one ADA restroom and 2 additional restrooms with showers downstairs, as well as 6 bedrooms with twin beds and 2 nearby restrooms with 2 showers. Sleeping rooms are not ADA accessible. Guests have access and use of kitchen, hall, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and our chapel.
Guest access
You are renting between 1-6 bedrooms and 2 nearby bathrooms with an additional restroom upstairs. Number of rooms booked depends on the number of people booked. The common areas including the hall, kitchen, chapel and ADA restroom will be made available to you but those areas wont be private (accessed by hosts if necessary for maintenance). You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare food and the large refrigerator as well as the tables for eating. Cleanup is required.
During your stay
We will let you in and show you around when we are available or, if not possible, you can access the building with a coded lock. For retreats of 10+ people, we have a cook who may be available to meet all your culinary needs including vegetarian and gluten free for $15/meal/person.

Occupancy - Pricing is for up to 2 people ages 10 and older and 2 bedrooms. Additional adults : please message us for additional rooms. Children 10 and over only with parent.
Dogs - If you are bringing a dog please be aware that dogs aren't allowed on beds and must be with the owner at all times, including when you leave our building. We are allowing one dog on property at a time. We love dogs and have our own but please be aware that this is not an ideal location for dogs. No fenced yard is available and a lot of antiques are easily damaged. Clean bedding provided. Guests make own beds.

My son and I have been traveling in central America learning Spanish and we go to France, spain and Italy as often as we can to enjoy the architecture and art. My husband and I own a church in Idaho that we rent out and we have several rental properties we remodel and maintain so we know how important it is to take care of your place when we stay. I speak Spanish and English and rudimentary "travel" Italian and french.
