The apartment is furnished by unique furniture, designed for this flat. Therefore it becomes both practical and spacious! It has all the amenities that my guests can need during their stay.
The apartment is located in the heart of Budapest, but still in a quiet area. It is some steps from Nyugati train station, WestEnd City shopping Center, Margaret island, Parliament, Falk Miksa art street with antiquities, art galleries, the Danube, and good restaurants.
I offer towels, hairdryer, brochures, books, music dock, Nespresso coffee machine, basic ingredients for cooking, and a huge list of recommended places selected by me and my friends.
I have a big list of places that shows what is in the neighborhood. Let me tell you just a sum of it.
Nyugati train station - from here you can get everywhere by train, bus, metro, tram, trolleybus.
Falk Miksa Art street - few steps from the flat, it is an antiquity and art gallery street, with a lots of Hungarian products.
Drop Shop - high quality wine bar
Szt. Andrea gastro bar - A recently opened wine bar, which has produces one of the best Hungarian wines paired with a high quality food.
WestEnd City Center - a huge shopping mall with fashion clothes, food, restaurants, cinemas etc. Many films are in English with Hungarian subtitle.
Parliament - 5 min. walking from the flat.
Danube - 3 min. from the flat
Margaret island - 10 min. from the flat, beautiful parks are there, nice walk.
The public transportation is very well organized in Budapest, I can highly recommend it. The tickets are valid just for one ride, after you have to buy another one. The price of a single ticket is 320 Huf, which is 1 Euro.
There are daily and 3 days tickets, also weekly tickets, which are useful if you want to use the public transportation. But because the flat is very central, usually you can reach everything walking too.
From the airport I recommend to come by Uber, or taxi, the shuttle is quite slow. In case you arrive during daytime, you can absolutely use the public transportation. First the bus nr. 200E to the end station, than metro until Nyugati square. From there it is 5 min. to reach the flat.
I like to meet my guests personally and to explain everything that they might need. In the flat there are all kind of brochures, maps and after the reservation I send a list of places that I recommend to visit or try in Budapest. I am always available on Airbnb app., email, phone, sms, 24 hours a day. If it is needed, I come immediately to the flat.
