The space

Wooden cabin in a small beach village of 4000 inhabitants. The village is packed during January and February and very quiet the rest of the year. It is a wide beach that faces the south, therefore a very interesting place during the winter months. (Hidden by Airbnb) "Claromeco images" to get a feeling of the fishing town.
Our cabin is two blocks from the beach and sits in a park on a non paved street.

There are three bedrooms and a full bath in the main house, they are small as they are meant to sleep only. The house is not big, two or three people can have a great time there even though it fits seven.
There is a full kitchen and a living/ dining room.

On the back of the house there is another construction that has a bedroom and bathroom (maids quarters) and another bathroom with a service place.

The house is made of wood. There is a Cold/heat air conditioning for temperature but we regulate temperature with sweaters and blankets in winter and going to the beach on summer! The AC cools the bedrooms if it is extremely hot but do not expect US AC conditions!

It is not inhabited during the winter and it might be cold during winter months. There are plenty of blankets!! We loved to go to Claromeco in winter as it is almost empty except for locals.

Claromecó is quite unique. You love it or you don´t. It is ideal for those seeking to be in contact with nature. There are huge sand dunes to go to, wide beaches, a forest, a small river that ends in the sea where you can do treks, and a light house that is one of the highest in Argentina and can be visited and climbed to the top!

Food is simple, There are a few mom and pop restaurants and seasonal fruits and vegetables. During the summer, there are shows (mostly musicals) and a fishing contest that lasts 24 hours (24 horas de la corvina negra) that is quite a show as there are thousands of fishermen who camp along the coast with or without their families and it looks like a very long illuminated line at night.

Ask me more if you want to know. The house is not for everyone but for those who is, it will make your perfect vacation!
