We’ve lived in CC for over 40 years, raised our family here, and love sharing our beautiful city. We’re happy to offer local tips—or join us for photography, pasta-making, or tennis lessons! Want a classic LA night? We can even help you get into live TV tapings of your favorite Hollywood shows.

The Space & Neighborhood: Nestled in the exclusive, ultra-safe hills of Culver Crest, our gated, detached guesthouse offers total privacy, your own bath, and direct access to a sunny, manicured garden oasis.

Proximity is unmatched: we are a 2-4 min drive down the hill to Sony, Amazon, Apple, & Westfield Mall, with easy access to LAX and beaches via Overland Ave.

Premium Amenities & EV Policy: Leave LA parking stress behind with abundant, easy street parking. A dedicated Level 2 EV Plug is available for a separate usage fee (please message us prior to check-in for activation details).

Your own private entry!

Walk onto the driveway towards the backyard and open the gate. The studio is in the rear. Please note that Fridays are street cleaning on our side of the street; Mondays are on the other side. Please park accordingly to avoid getting a parking ticket. Culver City police is very strict.

Other things to note
We provide for all the fresh beddings, blankets, pillow cases, towels, for each and every guest. Long staying guess can request towel change. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. There's even a travel size toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, q-tips, lotion, band-aid, etc., in the medicine cabinet, just in case you forgot to pack yours.

21 inch imac is available.

Please keep your sounds at a minimum, i.e., music, phones, voice, etc.

Our guesthouse isn't perfect, even the Ritz isn't. But we try our best, so let us know anything you need or anything that annoys you during your stay, not after, so we can correct them while you're here.
