Check-in & Check-out: 4:00 PM check-in, 11:00 AM check-out. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee
Communication: Contact us only through Airbnb messages. Community office ould not help during your stay
No Parties: Strictly no parties or events. Violations result in immediate cancellation and a $1,000 fine.
Minimum Age: Primary booking guest must be 21+. ID verification may be required.
Respect & Quiet Hours: Keep noise down, especially from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, at the amenities center, and in all common spaces. No exceptions will be made. Violations of this policy are subject to a minimum fine of $1,000 and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Bringing animals into the property without prior written authorization will result in a minimum fine of $500 and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries. We strongly advise against using USPS, as it may result in undeliverable or unretrievable packages. We are not responsible for any packages delivered before check-in or after check-out.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests may stay. Notify us of any changes.
Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Appliances & Safety: Use the provided amenities responsibly. Lock doors/windows when leaving. Exterior cameras are in place for security.
Be Neighborly: Respect the community—no loud music or disturbances.
Eco-Friendly: Conserve energy by turning off lights and AC when not in use.
Lost/Damaged Items: Report any damages immediately to find a solution together.
