Less than 1 mile to the heart of downtown, at the end of a quiet, dead-end city street and perched on a hillside with an opening that offers endless west facing views, sits this tastefully decorated, newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern house.
This is the Living Room. Looking into (from left to right) the Guest Bathroom, the Kitchen/Dining Room and the Master Bedroom.

Watch the sunset over the mountains on our, very private, extra large - 26' x 12' - covered deck.
The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a Brand New queen-size mattress with 3" gel memory-foam topper, and empty walk-in closet. The panoramic mirror is angled to see the mountain views while your head rests on the pillows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and Kohler shower tiles. The bathroom has it's own long range views.
Offering privacy, the 2nd bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom. This guest room features a real comfortable queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress. The 2nd bathroom is right next to this bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom is a TV room/office with large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. It has a comfortable couch that, with the cushions removed, makes a good single bed.
The entire home is tastefully decorated with modern furniture.
The kitchen, everybody loves the kitchen. Please read the guest reviews. It is a gourmet equipped kitchen with stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances- including a gas range and electric convection oven. The dining banquette is handmade from walnut.
The house also features custom bathrooms, luxury linen, recessed lighting, hardwood floors, newer Maytag washer/dryer, central heat/air, ceiling fans in every room (including the deck), cable and wireless internet.
There is a bus stop at the end of the block, but you are in walking distance to downtown Asheville.
If you're headed to the Biltmore Estate,
we're about a 2 mile drive from the entrance.

There is no smoking inside the house. Instead have your smokes on the large, very private, covered deck.

2 Vehicle Maximum
Sometimes I stay in a separate unit that is located on the property. It is attached to the back of the main house - behind the kitchen and deck. It is Not attached to any indoor living spaces, bedrooms or bathrooms. All a joining interior walls have a soundproof barrier. The main house, as in all the pictures, would be entirely yours. None of the living space is shared. Other than occasionally tending to the garden, you probably won't see me. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm always happy to help.
Other Things to Note
During freezing temperatures, Please be EXTRA CAREFUL on the front deck and steps.
The frost will make things slippery.

-No guests, other than those set forth in the reservation, are allowed.
-All Children are considered guests.
-Parties are not permitted.
- No outside noise, especially on the deck, after 10:00. In the evenings this is generally a very Quiet Neighborhood. If you're going to be loud you must move your group inside after 10:00. Thank you.
-2 vehicle maximum.
-Please KEEP DECK DOOR CLOSED. The wind will catch the door if it's left open and it'll slam hard- possibly needing to be removed to open.
-Do not leave any food out.
-Do Not Leave the House with the Windows Open.
-Do Not Run A/C or Heat with Any Windows Open.
-Do Not Set the A/C lower than 70°
-Please, do not open Glitter of any kind.
-No food in the bedrooms.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Please call one hour before arrival and contact me if plans change. Please use the cell number provided in the House Manual (It will automatically be sent to you with a confirmed reservation).
-Please do not touch the alarm keypad.
-Please don't leave the front door ajar.
Smoking is done outside on our very private, covered deck only.
Please, No Smoking anywhere inside the house. A special cleaning fee of $150 will be applied to your credit card if you or any of your guests smoke or burn any substance within the interior. Please, no candles and no incense, thank you,
We try hard to keep the house in pristine condition. The Reserving Guest will be responsible for any breakage, missing items, damage to the building or furnishings including spills, burns, stains etc. Accidents happen, Please report breakage and/or damage ASAP. The quicker the damage is reported, the sooner we can fix it.
No pets please. We are not set up to deal with even the most well behaved animals. Should you bring a pet in, there would be a $150 special cleaning fee plus any damages. Service animals are welcome but subject to $150 cleaning fee.
The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises. The actions of all guests are the sole responsibility of the reserving Guest.
A House Manual, with general instructions, will automatically be sent with confirmed reservations. Please make sure to have all of your guests read these House Rules and the house manual too. Thanks again and I hope we meet soon.
