Welcome to our “tree house" paradise on Keuka lake! It's one of the most unique cottages on Keuka.
Our lake home promises you an unforgettable vacation on Keuka, with unparalleled views of the lake.
Spend your days lounging on the beach, swimming, fishing, kayaking or tasting the local wine & cheese before you wind down on the hammock, taking in breathtaking views among the Keuka treetops.
End each night with memories (and S’mores!) ‘round the campfire!
The space
Enjoy the panoramic views of Keuka lake from just about every "space" on the property. From the lake room that nearly perches over the water, to the multi-tier decks, you'll see the lake from all angles.
Inside, you'll be blessed with a surplus of natural light that the floor to ceiling windows let in. The light gives the cottage an open, and airy feel, with architecture that blends the retro with the new.
If you need to relax, the cottage offers a many different sitting areas to chill and take it all in. It's the perfect cottage to unwind from the grind.
When it's time to eat, the cottage offers a full kitchen with an electric range, microwave, and fridge. Outside, we have a new Weber grill to complete the meal.
We're located on a popular fishing cove where there are sunfish, perch, blue-gills, bass, trout and more. Several of the bass beds can be seen from the upper deck!
Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, with a king-size bed, built-in dresser, walk through closet, and overflow bedroom/reading nook with it's own trundle bed. Attached to the master bedroom is your personal bathroom, with brand new walk-in shower with a tiled floor and ceiling!
On the main floor, there is the full size kitchen, peninsula with seating, and dedicated dining area (seats 8) that overlooks the lake. Walk by the massive stone fireplace (not functional yet) and you'll gravitate to the lake room that offer the best views of Keuka. Relax on the full size couch and swivel chairs and take in the lake views, or you have breakfast at the small dining table overlooking the lake. This room has it all.
Adjacent to the lake room, you'll find a bedroom capable of sleeping 3, fitted with a queen sized bed and built-in twin bed. Just outside the bedroom door, take the rustic hickory staircase upwards to a secluded "lofty" bedroom equipped with a queen sized bed.
On the other side of the main floor, there is easy access to a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Just beyond the laundry is a full size bathroom, with a brand new walk-in, tiled shower.

You'll have access to all areas of the cottage except for the basement which is where our mechanicals are located.
