Now you don't have to book a whole house to accommodate a smaller crew. This charming little studio is perfect for a small family, or a group of friends. This unit is centered in Shelter Cove , & within walking/riding distance of a 9 hole golf course, restaurants, galleries, beaches, and more! One of the best locations in Shelter Cove, sitting parallel to the airstrip, with an incredible ocean view. Equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, a deck with a BBQ, yard space and boat parking.

Please keep in mind, the pullout couch is small, and will comfortably fit a child or small adult

Guest access
The unit is below another dwelling. Please stay on the bottom portion. You have access to the yard, and the parking below.

Other things to note
The address will try and take you to the street above the designated parking space. Please access the home from Upper Pacific, and not DuLuard. I will send a message with a screen shot of how to get to the proper entrance/driveway.
Please note we have a mini fridge at this time. Please pack accordingly, and bring coolers for additional food storage.
There is no washer/dryer on site.
This home has 3 beds. 2 “double” or full sized, and one small pullout couch. We can accommodate 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults and 2 children. You may also use our additional mattress joiner that can turn the 2 full beds into a king.
