Between the lively Milan Chinatown full of restaurants and curiosity, and the chic aperitif oriented area of Corso Sempione, a comfortable, lovely and cosy apartment with kitchen, Italian bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and sofa.
The house in is a typical "Old Milan Style" building, with balcony where smoking outdoors, chatting with neighbors or hanging clothes to dry, while the window is on a tree-lined courtyard, where no one sees you if, for example, you want to run naked through the house!
Let's talk about public transportation? Here are the distances:
- Subway station Moscova: 1km
- Central Station: 3 metro stops
- Arco della Pace / Sempione Park: 700 m
- Castello Sforzesco: 1.5 km
- Montenapoleone fashion district: 2.1 km
- Piazza del Duomo, 2.3 km
In practice, walking for 20 - 30 minutes, you can get out of the house, cross the beautiful Parco Sempione, arrive at the Castello Sforzesco, stroll through the shops of the Fashion District, and arrive in Piazza Duomo!

The apartment was a nice amount of space (a balcony, too!) in a cool building, with plenty of conveniences (grocery store, restaurants, shops, cafés, etc) nearby. It is very close to the park, so it makes for a great starting point for a walk or run on nice days.
Nice place, nice host, thanks Vincenzo
Good flat in the city center. Thanks for it!
Vincenzo's apartment was great, a nice space to go back to after spending the day looking around Milan. Lot's of places to eat in the area and close to the metro to get around Milan. We walked from Vincenzo's place to the Duomo through the beautiful park which was really easy so good location. Vincenzo met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of the area which was helpful. Great place for your stay in Milan!
Vincenzo is a very kind and caring person, he helped us a lot with everything starting from taking us from railway station and finishing with showing us good places to go to. The apartment was very comfortable, had a good location and was fully equipped with everything we needed. I would suggest to choose this apartment to everyone.
The reservation was canceled 9 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Really good flat in the center of Milan near famous park Sempione where you can fine a lot of pubs and bars. There is you can find everything what you need for stay in these apartments. Also Vincenzo is good person and perfect host! Recommend to stay there if you going to Milan!
Vincenzo's apartment was wonderful! We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It gets a bit hot at night during the summer, but other than that I had a great experience!
We stayed for 3 nights at the apartment. We chose it due to last minute need for a place to stay + it seemed as a cheap option. Vincenzo is extremely friendly and helpfull, Thank you for that Vincenzo! But that doesn't make up for the apartment's poor condition. It doesn't give the experience of AirBnB that we enjoy - there are only furnitures, no personal touch, pictures on the wall, or kitchen supplies. Lighting is not very cosy, towels are worn out. The bed was broken and there was a constant bad smell from the sewer. Unfortunately, this is the first time at AirBnB I would recommend to look for a hotel room instead of this apartment.
What a terrible review Sine, how can I answer? Perhaps the answer is in your own words: if you search for a "last minute cheap option", do not expect superior service. Around the corner from my apartment there is a three star hotel that costs twice my apartment. I know my apartment is not perfect (but absolutely no smell, I give back the money to everybody find that), and I thank and respect all my previous guests that focused on the positive aspects, having the intelligence to understand, unlike you Sine, that quality and price are connected. Anyway I’m sure my apartment has a good aesthetic (just like the photos) and is in the center of the city. I think it must be compared to a two-star hotel in city center. I think it’s perfect for young couples of students, who want to spend little money, staying in the center of the city to move by feet. Certainly is not good for snob people who would like to be able to afford more than their budgets allow.
Another thing, just to complete description of the events: when Sine and her boyfriend arrived, they looked like already upset. Trying to converse a bit, I had the feeling Sine’s boyfriend just answered me with monosyllables and watched me with grim expression, and the only question Sine asked me was “is it potable faucet water?” like “oh my god, I’m in the third world!” I attributed it to the fact that probably they had woken up very early to catch a very low cost flight, but now I understand that probably they were in general not happy about their cheap vacation.
Vincenzo, tnx so much!
