Carefully furnished to be initiailly lived in by the owners, the house is very cosy and comfortable, The bedroom is intimate and you can see the sea from your bed! There are two more sleeping accommodations on a comfortable folding sofa, and one more single bed sofa for a max. total of five. The L shape common space allows a certain privacy for the sofa accommodations.
The house is extremely quiet and pleasant, with a terraced garden and many trees and plants: you can rest under the pines, in the front area, enjoy the view and a pleasant breeze even in the hottest hours of summer. Seafront is 10-15 minutes walk, plenty of shops on the way. The sea is crystal clear and you can choose between sandy or rocky shores. Plenty of attractions within few miles: archeological, monumental, beaches, sailing, diving and surfing, thermal resorts, wineries, many restaurants and excellent pizzeria, and of course pubs, sea disco, concerts etc. The use of a car is recommended to enjoy to the full the area: you are strategically placed between Rome, Isola Del Giglio, Tuscany and Siena, Montalcino and much more! Rome can be reached comfortably and cheaply by train in 40 minutes to S.Pietro station, or by motorway.
If you are looking for a strategically placed base for your tours, close to the sea and to many facilities, this could be your choice, but often our guests get "lazy" and just hang around.....:)

Very cosy apartment and extremely friendly host, we arrived late and he had prepared the most delicious welcome dinner!!
The actual town Santa Marinella is quite small but the beach is ok and the kids loved it. I an only recommend the place to others but stay there at least one week do some day trips in the region.
Very nice place and great for relaxing. Car recommended to get around, free parking in front of the house. Very good access to many places, beaches, Civitavecchia and Rome. Good train accessibility too, you can drive to Maccarese and park by the train station, takes 15 min by local train to Rome. Angelo is hospitable, friendly, there to help and giving guests tips, and letting them have vacation in their privacy when needed. Highly recommendable!
Formidable accueil d'Angelo, très disponible et aux petits soins pour nous.
La vue sur la mer était fantastique.
I am renting out a house initially meant to be my hideout, now I hide less and socialize more. If you are a gourmet and food is part of your way of life I might be a good contact... :)
