Located in the hottest neighborhood of Chicago, this contemporary loft was recently designed and renovated by the owner - an interior designer. Her vision for this 1,000 sqf space was to create a modern yet comfortable living area. The apartment is in walking distance to some of the best new restaurants and bars in Chicago and is only minutes away from major sights like Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Sears Tower and others.
The space is very clean, bright, with hard-wood floors and a large balcony. It also features a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a second bathroom / powder room.
The main bathroom includes a standing shower, two sinks and a whirlpool bathtub.
The building itself has won numerous architectural awards and offers great amenities including a gym on the 36th floor overlooking downtown Chicago with an adjacent sun deck. Other features include a 24-hr. doorman, a large grocery store and Starbucks attached to the building on the ground floor.
If you have a car, a parking spot in the building's heated garage will be included in the rental fee. The building is centrally located and well connected to Chicago's public transportation system with bus stops right outside the lobby.
This was our first experience with airbnb and Justyna was the perfect hostess. We had a LOT of questions and she graciously, and quickly, answered them. The loft is a perfect size and very close to all the attractions we wanted to see in Chicago. Great place!
Justyna is a great host with a wonderful place in Chicago. She communicates well and provides clear directions with the check in and check out process. Her place is centrally located, and thus provides an excellent base for exploring Chicago. On the inside, it is warm and has all the mod-cons, which makes it a really comfortable place to stay. Undoubtedly, Justyna has put a lot of thought and work into the look and feel of the apartment, it has a groovy ambience. Thanks for the hospitality, Justyna!
We had a great stay at Justyna's apartment, in a modern high-rise building a short walk west of the Lyric Opera and other downtown attractions. Several nice restaurants (mostly Greek) are very nearby, and there is a Dominick's supermarket (with Starbucks coffee counter) on the ground level of the building. The building overlooks a major expressway, but Justyna's apartment is on the side away from the highway and is very quiet. It's a one-bedroom apartment, with a full bath and separate powder room, and even has a washer/dryer. The staff in the lobby are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the building so you can easily go anywhere in the city. We'd definitely stay here again.
Justyna's apartment was again my home away from home....only cosier! Bed and couch are comfortable, the doormen very helpful and attentive. Loved the big Flat-TV in the living room area to watch the Bull's games when I didn't get tickets - btw. United Center as everything else is pretty close and most likely in walking distance or can be reached via bus.
During my 11-day stay a major storm cell went over. I felt really safe in the building when even the Bears game was postponed for about two hours, damage was visible around in the neighborhood and Tornados hit the ground south of Chicago that day.
The location is awesome and I was able to walk everywhere. There is a Dominick's in the building and a Mariano's just down the street. There are lots of good restaurants on Randolph Street, cafés (great breakfast and lunch at Mill's on Halsted St.), bars and shops nearby. The bus takes you directly to Briar Street Theatre and everywhere else you might wanna go to. I used to walk to the lakefront which takes about 20-25 minutes.
Justyna was a great host and responded asap when I had a question or needed help with anything. She was really easy to communicate with and made things happen in no time.
Highly recommend this place and host and would return when I am fortunate enough to return to Chicago.
The appartment was very clean and so cute. It was close from downtown and is well located. Walking distance from Greek town (lots of restaurant, amenities, etc.). It was pretty nice to have an indoor parking and a grocery in the block.
We were well receive by Justyna and it was our first experience with AirBNB. We will reuse this service for sure.
Thank you Justyna :)
We had a fantastic time at Justynas place! The condo is really amazing. The sunsets on the rooftop, the walking distance to the city, the neighborhood ... it's a perfect condo for everything. We loved to go shopping at Mariano`s around the corner or the coffee at starbucks. Especially the wifi and apple tv at the condo was just right for us ;) We would not hesitate to go back to Justynas place! Thanks for everything Justyna!!!
My fiance and I had a great time staying at Justyna's during our trip to Chicago. Her apartment was clean, neat, and while very stylish, also very livable. Between the great views, wifi, great amenities, and also ease of travel we had a very enjoyable experience in Chicago thanks to Justyna and her awesome apartment.
Travel to and from the sights of Chicago were easy with either a scenic walk, multiple bus lines, and also the fun Divy Bike Share Program which conveniently had a bike share spot just down the street from the building. We also discovered that there is a full sized Domonic's Supermarket on the same block, which helped us to save money by cooking occasionally. Overall, NO COMPLAINTS! We look forward to staying at Justyna's again on our next trip to the Windy City! Thanks Justyna!
My stay at Justyna's condo was wonderful! Perfect location for a quick walk to the blue line. Also a short walk to my son's house in Greektown. We were thrilled to be able to walk to all the hip restaurants, like Au Cheval and many others.
The condo was immaculate and I felt very much at home. Thanks Justyna!
Great location, great appartment
