Our stay at Karen's place was great. The place is clean with a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to be comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay near Elmwood Village. The only downside is that you can hear every footstep the upstairs neighbors make.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen's upscale condo near Elmwood Village. Everything we could possibly need was provided. It is well furnished in every room - modern kitchen appliances, good tv in both living space and bedroom, and extra nice fluffy luxurious towels in the bathroom. The Elmwood Village is an excellent location, the condo was very clean, with a very convenient designated parking place right outside our door. If we come back to Buffalo in the future we hope Karen's place will be available for us.
The property was very well located, in quiet surroundings, very close to the Elmwood Village neighbourhood and all local amenities. Access to the property, including car parking facility, was excellent. The accommodation was ideally suited to our needs.
The apartment was very clean, well furnished, and had high-quality equipment and accessories. It was very comfortable and well suited to an extended stay, almost like a home away from home. Karen had provided very useful information on local places of interest and restaurants etc, and was very welcoming to us on arrival.
We had a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks. Based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others.
The Upscale Elmwood Village Condo was exactly as described. Excellent location near Elmwood Avenue on a quiet street with lots of beautiful tress and homes with amazing gardens - couldn't ask for a better location while in Buffalo. The Condo was spotless, well equiped and the pool was well maintained. Karen was an excellent host - a great source on information on the area. She was even able to provde assitance while she was out of town when I locked myself out - very helpful! If looking for a short or long stay, you cannot go wrong with this place.
Karen's condo was great. It's in a wonderful part of Buffalo between 2 major streets, Elmwood and Delaware. There's tons of places to eat and a great food co-op on Elmwood, with lots of organic produce and treats. Also a very nice beer store up the street with tons of local and imported beers, and candy! :)
Karen was great, she gave us a run down of the area and advised us on the easiest ways to get to our destinations and also provided some info about other events (farmer's market, art gallery etc.). She was very helpful and welcoming!
The apartment itself is perfect for 2 guests or 2 couples. The bedroom is big and has a gigantic (comfiest ever) bed. Seriously, it's amazing. There's also a nice pullout couch in the living room. A flat screen t.v., cookware and tons of local papers, magazines, maps and knickknacks make this apartment a one of a kind gem for anyone looking to travel to the WNY area.
I would definitely stay here again!
My family enjoyed staying in this apartment over the Memorial Day weekend. It is a modern apartment, perfectly clean, neatly arranged, waiting for guests. The king bad was perfect for my wife, my son and I. Our young cousin used the sofa, which she tought was as good as a sofa can be. The TV had plenty of channels, but we settled for whatching tennis.
We used the kitchen to make a light dinner, and it had everything we needed; the ladies appredicated the china set, which I would've easily overlooked.
Overall, it is a far greater choice of stay than a hotel.
Great apartment and location; it is walking distance to shops and restaurants on Elmwood, and close to bus stops on Delaware.
It's a quiet and upscale neighborhood.
