Our hot tub is private on our property land and available all seasons. There is no extra charge to use the hot tub.

Our guests have the option to purchase guest passes to enjoy the community's indoor heated pool, lakes and many other amenities.

Guest pass for using community amenities:
1-day pass - $20.00 per person
3-day pass - $30.00 per person
7-day pass –$50.00 per person
Children under 2 free with adult registration.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday
11 am - 7 pm
Thursday, Friday & Saturday
11 am - 9 pm

Community Outdoor Pool Hours (summer only):
Saturday & Sunday 11 am to 7 pm, weather permitting

2 Paddle Boards
Available on weekends only from 11 am to 6 pm.
Each rental block will be for 2 hours at $30.00 per block.

It is important to note that the owner cannot be held responsible if the amenities are unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or other conditions as specified by the community.

* HOA requires guest registration at least 24 hours before checking in. $200 late registration fee will be charged.
