BUSINESS TRIP
Laid back, serene place in a beautiful location. Though we never met our host we were delighted to when someone mysteriously dried and folded the laundry that we absent-mindedly left in the washing machine. Very sweet experience.

The hosts seem really nice and this is a beautiful little remote spot of the Big Island. It was a 2-3 star motel level when we stayed. Hopefully the owners spruce things up a bit - there weren't curtains on a bedroom window and patio door next to the bathroom. So sleep clothed an…

This place would be fine for two or three travelers who will be out all day and who don't do much cooking. It is a small ground floor apartment with low ceilings, and though it is attractive it is a bit dark. The bed was a bit saggy in the middle but had a foam (not memory foa…

My family and I - my husband, myself and a 1 and 2-year old - stayed at the Serenity Studio for 2 nights. Annick was very responsive prior to our booking and checked in on us again when we left. Brian, the on-site caretaker was very responsive when we had questions. Alex, from t…

We just got back to our house in HI and read this review which honestly is quite disapointing for we offered this family the real Hawaiian hospitality and also the entire unit was cleaned with fresh linen. This is a $115/night unit with 2 bedrooms, its not the Ritz Carlton, so honestly getting complaints is quite sad. They left out unit covered with black sands and food ALL over the place on the floor? THAT IS THE REASON OUR PLACE IS COVERED WITH ANTS, THEY EVEN HAD FOOD IN THERE BEDS and left the wet linen in the beds??? This is Hawaii, if you leave food open in your house, you will attract ants within a few minutes. We do not appreciate having our place trashed and on top of that after we offered a really nice service and paid the farm for her basquet as a christmas present barely made any money on this rental and getting this type of review of someone expecting a 5 star place when they are only paying $115 per night??? Our unit is beside Waipio Valley Road, making it very easy to access for doing all activities in HI, yes there are cars for tourist drive towards Waipio Valley during the day, but in the evening its quite calm.

My husband and I are both world travelers and business people, sharing our love for ancient cultures and aspiring gardeners. We started World Sacred Gardens in Hawaii (Big Island) as our retirement plan to simply protect ancient plants from all sacred cultures around the world.
