This a private furnished apartment, when you book this apartment, you will receive the keys to this beautiful space and it is yours for the entire length of the stay. This is NOT a shared Apartment.
This beautiful modern 2-bedroom apartment can sleep 4 to 7 people comfortably. The apartment is located centrally within 25 minutes by public transit to downtown Toronto and only a few minutes away from Highway 401, 427, Queen Elizabeth Way and the Gardiner Expressway. It boasts a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities of home to make your own comfortable meals and for relaxing and enjoying your stay in Toronto.
The apartment is located on the main floor (street-level) of the building.
* Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet. (sleeps 2 people)
* Second bedroom has a Queen Bed and Closet. (sleeps 2 people)
* Living Room has 1 pull-out sofa bed, double-sized (sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children)
* Large eat-in kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and breakfast table with 4 chairs.
* 3 PC bathroom with a stand-in shower stall.
* Stainless Steel appliances.
* Shared access to laundry facilities (washing machine and clothes dryer) included in the weekly rental amount. There is also a dry cleaning store right next door to this apartment.
* High-Speed wireless internet is available.
* TV & DVD player in the living room with approximately 40 Cable Channels is available.
OPTIONAL: We also have portable cribs and high-chairs for guests with babies and toddlers and we include them with the apartment free of charge.
* Street-Parking permit for 1 vehicle included in the rental amount. Permit for additional vehicles can be obtained for a fee.
* House cleaning can be made available by request if you are staying for a minimum of 2 weeks.
You have full and complete access to the entire apartment and the backyard. If you're driving, there will also be a parking permit provided for on-street parking.
I'm your host and I'm available throughout your entire stay and can be contacted at any time by phone, text message, email or through Airbnb.
DIRECTIONS BY PUBLIC TRANSIT: Take the westbound Bloor-Danforth subway to Keele St Subway Station (15 min ride), then take the 89 Weston Bus (10 minute ride). Bus stop in front of the building.

While we don't want to charge a cleaning fee, we use a professional cleaning team to make sure the apartment is in tip top shape for your stay. In order for us to be able to do this for our guests we have to charge a cleaning fee ONLY for reservations less than four (4) nights.

My stay at Milli's place was a great experience. They provided very direct instructions and everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. They were also great hosts .
I would stay at their place again and definitely recommend it.
While the area is somewhat grimey, the place is fine. Everything works, clean, all necessities provided. I would stay again.

I spent Christmas here with my family and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Milli was very attentive and even brought us a Christmas present!
As to the street noise issue that has been brought up in other review, it really depends on whether or not you are a light sleeper. The unit is on a semi-busy street, so cars do pass by and you will hear them. But for my niece and I who are moderate sleepers, it was just an ambient noise and didn't disturb our sleep.
But if you're a light sleeper it may be an issue for you, but only if you sleep in the living room. The bedrooms are absolutely fine.
Milli was a really responsive host and answered all the queries I had. The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped, and more than comfortable for 4 people. The apartment is along a main road, it was suitably quiet. Parking was also pretty convenient. While it's not necessarily in the downtown area, it was still pretty convenient.
I'd definitely check this place out again if I'm planning to head to Toronto in the future.
Our stay at MIlli's house was lovely. The apartment is nice and cozy. Location is good as well. Great Neighbors, no complaints. If you're looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment you should definitely consider MIlli's place.
The apartment is located close to the main roads that will allow you to reach Toronto citycenter in 20 minutes.
The apartment is beautiful, well equiped (towels, wifi, fully-equiped kitchen, parking permit for one car that allows you to park very close to the apartment) but there are two things that shall be noted :
1) it is given for 6 people. There are two nice bedrooms and a convertible in the Living room. The convertible is awful (4 cm mattress ) and must be dedicated to small children
2) the street is very close to the apartement door and very busy even during the night. So it is noisy for the two unfortunate who sleep in the living room.

Just wanted to address the convertible bed: in the Airbnb listing it is described as a "pull-out sofa bed, double sized" and as such it does not have the same thickness or construction of a standard mattress for a regular bed. The mattress for the sofa bed is foam and is about 8cm (3.5 inches) in thickness but when compressed it will be closer to the 4cm you noted. As for the noise coming from the street, the apartment is located on a main thoroughfare, within a mixed commercial/residential neighbourhood- there is bound to be street level noise. Some of our guests, we have found, are more sensitive to street level noise than others- we regret that your family had taken issue with this but we hope that you were still able to enjoy the other comforts of the apartment! L'accueil par le mari de Lilli était Ok. Nous avons logé à cinq durant trois jours. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé propre. La rue est bruyante.

It is unfortunate that you did not find the accommodations clean- although, you had only brought up the issue of it being dusty under the beds when we spoke upon your departure. I had inspected it after you had checked-out and yes, there was a slight film of dust. In response, the cleaning staff has assured me that they do, in fact, vacuum under the beds after each check-out and hence, the modicum of dust was subsequently collected from the time gap in between bookings. As for the street, on which the apartment is located, being noisy, we regret that you were sensitive to the normal noise level of a typical mixed commercial/residential neighbourhood within the city of Toronto. We hope that you were still able to enjoy the other amenities and comforts of the apartment and had an overall enjoyable visit to Toronto. All the best in your future Airbnb travels! Milli
Enjoyable stay, clear instructions regarding the amenities. The apartment itself was very clean, stylish and confortable. Not located in a very exciting part of the city however. 30 min drive from downtown toronto. Most affordable location for 6 people.
Our very first airbnb experience was a very positive one. Everything worked really well and Milli's contact and details were excellent. We had a rental car and this apartment's location was great for us and allowed us to easily get out to explore the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The gas company turned off our gas because of maintainance and Milli spent her Saturday ensuring it was put back on so we could enjoy hot showers that night...which we did!
milli was a good host. she was available and nice.she phoned for us to call a taxi and always answer by mail.
the appartement was clean. for 2 or 3 days it's ok , for more i don't recommandate it.
it's far from the downtown 25/30min, by bus and subway.
the appartement don't have any windows on the street and the neighboor make noise. one of us was sick and stay all the day inside and it's was diffult for him to listen to the noise .
