Spacious studio one block from the 3rd ave L, 2 blocks from Union Sq. Everything you need to feel at home in the city: kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, huge bathroom, elevator and gorgeous lobby.
Think of this as an open-concept one-bedroom! this spacious studio apartment has a separate kitchen and a long hallway separating the sleeping area from the bathroom, so that even for a studio it feels like a one-bedroom.
enjoy all the amenities of a hotel but for a fraction of the price and double the comfort (and none of that nasty hall smell):
Brand new wall air conditioner with remote control
Queen sized, memory foam bed
49" TV, DVD player, and Roku box with access to Netflix, Hulu Plus, YouTube, Pandora and more!
Keurig Coffee maker and an assortment of coffees and teas
dining table with comfy seats
elevator (4th floor apartment)
fresh linens, towel and hairdryer
windows face the rear of the building so this place is exceptionally quiet!
Huge bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash
steps to the L, N, Q, R, 4, 5, 6 trains, only a block from Union Square where there are tons of shops, restaurants, farmer's market, art market, playground and dog run.
wonderful block, across the street from Booker and Dax, the East Village's newest cocktail bar. Also shares a block with Momofuku, one of the highest rated restaurants in NYC and Milk bar, where you can get the most delicious cookies, pies and ice cream and of course fancy coffees and pastries for breakfast.
you might be able to find a spot on the street and you can pay for it at one of those little pay stations across from the building, OR you can park in the garage up the street (about two blocks on 12th between 4th and broadway), it is called Impark and the price fluctuates but I believe it is around $35/24 hours.
exclusive access to this stunning apartment, you can also use the laundry room in the basement and the roof deck in the summer.
I try to stay out of the way most of the time, but I live nearby so I can come over to solve any problems within an hour.
There are tons of amazing restaurants and bars around, plus it has access to every other neighborhood via Union Sq. If you like to cook or drink at home, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and the Trader Joe's Wine shop are just around the corner.
The L train is one block away, the Union Sq trains are 2 blocks away (L,4,5,6,N,Q,R), there are also buses that go uptown (to the UN etc.) and downtown (Freedom Tower) so you can see the city as you travel.

We had the most wonderful time at Carrie's place. It is located perfectly, you will find great bars and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and simply beautiful.
Communication with Carrie was perfect, she is a lovely person!
We hope to come back soon!
Carrie has a clean, comfy and accommodating apartment. The location is fantastic, the building safe and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.
Our stay was excellent! The apartment was in great shape, and very clean, and the location was absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked for a better stay in NYC!
Couldn't have asked for better. Location was ideal and Carrie went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Carrie's apartment is perfect! It's comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need! The location is great - we walked nearly everywhere and it's close to a number of subway lines. Carrie is helpful and gives you clear and comprehensive information for your stay. Highly recommended - would love to stay here again next time I'm in New York! :)
We had a great time in Carrie's apartment which is nice, quiet and good located. We did not meet Carrie but she was easy to contact by (website hidden)ès bon plan!
This apartment was fantastic to stay in, the main room/bedroom was very large and we didn't even come close to tripping over anything like you would in a hotel room and the kitchen was handy to save on eating out every night. It was also extremely quiet and not facing on a Main Street. The subway was very close and there were plenty of places to eat on the next street. There was also the convenience of having a very cheap laundromat opposite so all out washing was clean, very handy for people traveling for long periods such as us and also fast wifi.
Carrie was also very helpful and replaced some lights during our stay which had blown before we arrived.
Overall a great experience and wish we didn't have to leave! Highly recommend to anyone.
Acabamos de pasar mi mujer y yo una semana en este apartamento y todo ha estado muy bien. Limpio y bien situado. Buen lugar para explorar Manhattan.
Carrie's place was great - great location, great decor and she was very responsive and communicative via email.
The apartment is quaint and quiet and centrally located to everything. Bonus being so close to Union Square.
We had a fab time and have no hesitation recommending this place to all our friends.
Great location. Cute as a button. ( to my Australian beloved - going out on the authentic fire stairs outside the window was a huge thrill)
Easy in easy out. Recommended for sure. Thanks Carrie!
