The space
This is a popular vacation rental that's been hosting families, couples, and groups for a wonderful vacation for years now. This sought after 3BR/2 Bath vacation rental is adding amenities and upgrading furnishings! They recently added a whole home water filter, new landscaping, new patio furniture, and more! This beautiful home with large, heated, saltwater pool sits on a deep, salt water canal with a boat dock.
This home is a mid-century treasure with a split layout, large fully equipped kitchen, two living areas conjoined into one open space, a beautiful pool on the canal, and a huge screened in lanai with outdoor furniture and dining table. Everything you need for you vacation in paradise!
Each bedroom has a TV (with streaming capabilities- bring your Roku or FireStick!) and the living room TV has cable (as well as the main bedroom).
Two full bathrooms, both with showers and one with a garden tub, are fully updated and sparkling clean. The laundry room, off of the main bedroom, is basically the size of another bedroom! You will feel at home here as you make paradise in Bradenton your destination.
The outdoor areas invite you to live on vacation time - slowing down to relax by the pool on a lounge chair or Adirondack chair, dine as one big group in the screened in patio while overlooking the canal and the manatee friends that frequently swim by.
Guest access
Uber and Lyft do service the area, but we suggest renting a car to get around most efficiently, especially if you are wanting to cart your beach gear to the beach! :)
The entire space is yours to use during your stay, minus two closets that are locked for cleaners use.
Other things to note
NOTE ABOUT THE BOAT DOCK: Guests can bring a boat to dock up here. There is room to tie off a 24 foot boat. There are new pilings and they are wrapped and include new bumpers. There is water on the dock for boat or fish cleaning. There is also a lower dock platform for kayak launching. The dock ladder is there for your assistance. Please be considerate and raise the ladder out of the water after use, or barnacles will grow on it. The existing boat and lift are not available for guest use.

***Pool has the option to be heated for $15/day. Please let the hosts know ahead of time if you would like to use the heater during your stay.
The home is listed as "sleeps 8" because there are three bedrooms, with bed space for 2 per room, and then the living room has a pullout couch for two more to sleep comfortably. Linens, pillows, and blankets for this pull out bed are provided in the hallway linen closet.
This home has a pool on a canal, and there is very little space between the pool deck and drop off to the dock. We highly suggest that you keep a very close watch over children or any individual who is not totally comfortable with water, as it could be hazardous. Please use caution.
