This is not the apartment for people who like Times Square. This is for people who want to see the future of NY.
Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn are evolving by the minute with new pockets of life, food, and art springing up everywhere. My apartment is located where the Lower East Side meets Chinatown.
While Chelsea is the most famous area of the city for art galleries; here, a new breed of artists are being given a chance. In a one block radius there's over a dozen galleries that change by the month. (FYI - Sunday is the big viewing day.)
While it's hard to go wrong most anywhere in NY for food, here new chefs are taking chances merging traditional food with new flavors. The Fat Radish set the tone of local organic gastropub for the neighborhood and has been a must go for every foodie in town since they opened two years ago.
For nightlife forget the crowds and attitudes of the Meatpacking Dist. From storied music venues like the Bowery Ballroom to notorious dives like Bar 169 (where they filmed Flight of the Concords) to chic new spots such as Beauty & Essex and Hotel Chantelle.
I've only begun to tell the tale of the new emerging scene in the Lower East Side. You are also a short walk away from the East Village, NOLITA (North Little Italy), Soho, and one stop on the train from Brooklyn (which surely needs to be on your radar of places to go).
But back to the accommodations...
My 2 bedroom apartment in a brand new building. I'm the first person to live in my apartment. It has hardwood floors, marble bathroom, granite kitchen with dishwasher and gas range, and a massive 550 sq ft patio area all to yourself. The patio even has a bar, grill, and herb garden during the summer.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom (which I use as a home office) has leather futon that convers into a very comfortable full size bed. I even add a pillow top layer for extra comfort. My apartment is on the inner courtyard of the block so it's very quiet at night for an amazing sleep.
The building is brand new, has an elevator for easy entry, and has laundry in the basement. ($1.50 to wash, $1 to dry) Full linens and lots of towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook most anything. There's even a bar on the patio that's great for enjoying a cocktail outside.
Very close to Chinatown, Little Italy, Nolita, Soho, and the East Village as well. All within a 15 minute walk. Catch the F,M,J,Z trains two streets up and the B,D train is a 10 min walk. Union Sq or Chelsea is 20 mins away on the F or M train. Midtown and Central Park are 30 mins.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are a family if 4 with two teenagers. We stayed in Trey's apartment 3 nights. Trey was very accommodating and even allowed us a late check out as we had a late flight. The apartment is everything previous guests said -clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walking distance to the subway train and to Delancey st.
All in all, a great experience!
This was my first time using Airbnb and i must say that this place has spoiled me! The neighborhood and the apartment were amazing, Everything was the same as the pictures and Trey left me food (Eggs) & beers in the fridge with a list of his favorite places that were close to eat & some must see places as well which were not expected but extremely welcomed!
Trey was an awesome host. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything you need for a nice NYC stay. The apartment had plenty of space and was perfect for three people.
I highly recommend it!
Great apartment in an awesome location! Lots of space and the patio was the clincher. Very easy to get around town since it's between two subway stops, and getting to/from LGA via cab is also easy since you go via the Williamsburg Bridge. Trey was very quick with answers to any questions we had and very hospitable. The instructions we received prior to our trip were handy. Would book again next time we're in NYC.
Trey's apartment is in the amazing location. The neighbourhood is full of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and everything you need. The building is new and it has a patio. Everything you needed were provided by Trey and he was extremely easy to communicate with.
My guests and I had an amazing experience at Trey's beautiful apartment. These out of towners were shocked at how great it was. You definitely get the most bang for your buck here. Everything is as he says, and looks just like the pictures. We had great times on the patio- morning and night. Was in a very convenient area and the subway stations to everywhere are a block away. Would definitely recommend!
Trey was a great host, highly recommended. We booked last minute and he was quick to respond and exceedingly accommodating. He even left us great coffee and breakfast supplies.
Great spot in a great neighborhood! Trey was a chiller too. A completely posting experience.
Great place, great location, great experience.
