Chic studio very close to the historic neighborhood of Coconut Grove, great nightlife, restaurants and bars. 2 blocks away from the metro rail (no need to get a cab from the airport) you can also get to downtown, Coral Gables (UM) and transfer to South Beach.

The space
You will feel at home in this studio. We have just purchased 3 bikes with baskets and bike locks that are available upon request. It has all new stainless steel appliances, including stove, full fridge and microwave. It also has cutlery, cookware, basic cooking supplies. We take great pride in our work and go out of our way to make your trip a great experience, take a look at our reviews

Guest access
The apartment has an electronic lock, as part of the booking process I will provide you with the code and you can check in at any point after check in time. We try to finish the cleanup as quickly as possible and, when possible, I will send you a message if it is ready ahead of time.

Other things to note
If you head east to Coconut Grove you have: nice restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.

If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or catch the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.

If you take the metrorail north you can go to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.

I am always available if you have any questions on what to do

Miami, Florida, United States

The neighborhood is working class, the neighbors are friendly but it might be a bit culture shock if you are not used to the latin (mostly Cuban) community. The building neighbors have been there for about 6 years and have never had any issues with them you can feel absolutely safe.

It is located in the Silver-bluff area of Miami, it is a working class community between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Two streets away there is a great supermarket call Milam's. There are also local spots like Daily Bread which is one of my favorites. You can walk to Coconut grove to hang out with the UM crowd or take the Metrorail to Brickell to hit a lounge or a club

In 1895 Florida experienced what became known as the Great Freeze, where the temperares in Florida dipped to record lows ; at that time Henry Flagler was an extremely influential figure and Julia Tuttle had been courting him to extend his railroad down to Miami, which he had refused up to this point since his favorite Citrus trees were doing great in Palm Beach. In 1896, after the Great Freeze had devastated most of the Citrus Groves north of Fort Lauderdale, Julia Tuttle sent a small box to Henry Flagler with a note that said "Dear Henry, How does your garden grow?" and a Orange Blossom and this is how Henry Flagler decided to extend his railroad and in doing so created the city of Miami and Little Havana in particular. 1896 to us means that Miami has always been a welcoming place, whether it is weather you are seeking, different cultures, night life or simply a place where you don't feel like a tourist (because at the end of the day all of us in Miami are), this city and us in particular will welcome you with open arms.
