  • Lovely apartment in a quiet, upscale area near walking trails in Presidio Park and great views on neighborhood walks. Definitely weird entry-way, and you pass garbage cans on your way down the walk, but you are greeted by a comfortable and bright, spacious studio at the end! Worth having a car or helpful friend or relative for pick-up and drop off of key - which is at least a 10 minute drive. And, would have been nice to be closer to stores, coffee shops, etc. Received helpful advice about TV remote issues from our Airbnb emergency contact! Be wary of current construction crews next door, and noisy starting Monday morning. We would consider staying at Presidio Terrace again.

  • We were very happy with this studio--it felt very cozy and was quiet and clean. We loved the neighborhood--although it wouldn't be good for a visitor to SF seeking nightlife and excitement, it is great for a family/kids.
Having to go elsewhere to pick up and return the key was a minor downside but not a big deal as we had a rental car. The internet didn't work throughout our stay, which made things more difficult for us. But other than that, the place was great.

  • I was here for a week with two other friends and it was a very cool place! It's really close to a lot but in one of the quietest neighborhoods as well. The front door can be a little tricky to lock, so make sure you get that down before you leave. Will definitely stay again!

  • Really nice location. To run or cycle the Presidio is easily accessed and right by the Golden Gate Bridge.
The studio is quite spacious and classic San Francisco.
The walk down to the studio along the side of the house is a slight put off at first but once you see the studio its all good.
You do need a car to pick up the key but it is all well organized.

  • Great neighbourhood and a very spacious apartment with a nice balcony and backyard. We would definately stay again!

  • The place had a lovely interior - clean, lots of natural light, and a lots of space. The only unfortunate aspect of the place is its location - while it is very close to the Golden Gate Bridge, accessed through a trail, it is a little out of the way of main downtown nightlife. As well as a long journey to pick up the apartment keys which was quite out of the way, was an inconvenience. Overall, a great place to stay in S.F.

  • The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that for out of town guests the key pickup and dropoff is a big.hassle if you don't have a car.

  • Quirky and cool studio in an amazing area.

The door into it and little path down to it were a little off putting at first. You enter through a side entrance to a house with a door that needs a coating of colored paint - it is grey and a little dreary looking. But then once inside it was really a perfect place to stay for a few days.

I found parking just outside the door every evening, though during the day you need a permit.

Clean, felt secure and safe and generally a nice place to stay in an upmarket area in SF.

Happy I stayed there. Would be happy if anyone I knew stayed there too.

  • The place was clean and sunny. It has everything you need for a vacation time.We loved the small deck and backyard. Didn't have any problem and would recommend this place !!!
