Aurora's place is a nice house with a lovely back yard. The host herself was slightly stressed on our arrival, but was still nice and welcoming. Her home made ice cream was lovely, and she also recommended a good restaurant for our evening meal. The rooms are big and nice, with classic ceiling decor paintings. The bathroom is nice and clean.
Unfortunately, we got the room in the front of the building, which was on a trafficked road - even more so after the promenade closed for cars in the evening. Thus, the noise was to such a degree that it was impossible for me to get any sleep before we had to up and go in the middle of the night. Sadly, this took the joy out of staying there.
I stayed at Aurora's place with my boyfriend for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed her house and hospitality. Our room was spacious, light, with frescoes (!!) on the ceiling, the bathroom was just superb, and we had breakfast on the terrace in the garden. The house was located a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. Aurora herself was a very lovely and kind host - any future visitors are lucky to stay with her!
We spent a long weekend at Aurora's and we had a great time! She is a very nice and welcoming host, always ready to help and to have a chat. We enjoyed the beauty of her house, the comfort of the large room and private bathroom... and most of all the warmth she welcomed us with!
Marina di Pisa is quite nice, not as turistic as the "Versilia" area, but a very good destination for a long relaxing weekend.
Aurora was an excellent hostess with a lovely home in Marina Di Pisa. She was extreemely helpful with information and recommendations and really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasent. We would definitely encourage people to stay with Aurora
Aurora is a great friendly host. We spent one night at her place on July 9th, 2013, and everything was perfectly organized, clean and comfortable. She prepared a very good breakfast meal too.
I liked the balcony and the bedroom's style with the painted high ceiling.
