Nature lovers will delight in the property’s indoor-outdoor feel, surrounded by lush gardens and with visits from native birds.

The space
The Bungalow features a spacious primary bedroom with sitting area, one bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and uniquely al fresco living space. Lounge by the large fresh water pool, or take in 360° views from the roof deck.

Only a 3 min walk down to the beach.

Queen sized Tuft & Needle mattress and an assortment of pillows to choose from.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to primary bedroom, main living building, pool, and gardens.

Guests will be the only people on property during their stay.

Public beach access is also just a 3 minute walk away.

Other things to note
Our property is special, but we know it’s not for everyone. Please consider a few other details to make sure The Bungalow is the right place for you.

In 2017, Hurricane Irma destroyed 2/3 of our house. We have slowly rebuilt, doing most of the finish work ourselves. While most of our personal items and furniture were also destroyed, we were able to salvage some things, like our woven Thai couch set and my mom’s special cookware. We hope that you’ll see minor cosmetic imperfections as little nods to our property’s history and they won’t negatively affect your experience here.

One original building still remains, but is not remodeled, so we have designated as an “owner’s closet”. You’ll notice it (all wood with blue shutters) in some of the photos and will get an idea of how the rest of the house looked before the hurricane.

Another thing worth noting- Given the indoor-outdoor nature of this property, we do not have AC. This usually isn’t a problem, especially with windows open and fans on. We have two ceiling fans in the bedroom and one in the living room. We also have a standing fans which you can move wherever you’d like.

If you’re an independent traveler who loves nature and the outdoors but also enjoys modern luxuries like wifi, a private pool and comfy bedding, The Bungalow is for you. We can’t wait to host you!

Hi! I’m Breeze and I grew up in this very house (sort of- I’ll explain) on the island of Anguilla. My husband Trent and I live in Lake Tahoe, CA, with our toddler and golden retriever. In 2017, Hurricane Irma destroyed the majority of my childhood home, prompting my parents to relocate to Colorado and pass the property to us to rebuild. The Bungalow is a new chapter built upon a cherished foundation and we can’t wait to share it with you.
