Boasting 5 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for your entire family or group of friends. You'll be central to many of Orange County's best attractions while enjoying the serenity & comfort of a residential neighborhood.

The space
This single-level home features 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, plus a remodeled kitchen with eat-in island, dining room, & living room with gas fireplace. Master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, plus direct access to the deck overlooking the orange tree in the yard.

The backyard is outfitted with hanging egg chairs, lounge set, BBQ, and string lights to set the vibe! Yard is fully fenced to maximize privacy. Enjoy a game of cornhole under the SoCal sun, and don't forget to bring some wood for the fire pit!

Detached game room features a pool table with ping-pong conversion kit, a multi-game arcade console, foosball, darts, smart TV, and party lights!

This home also includes a brand-new washer & dryer, as well as a selection of board games.

There is plenty of parking! The driveway can easily accommodate about four cars, and plenty of free street parking is right out front.

PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily. Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times; voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line.

SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly.

PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets should be leashed at all times outside of fenced areas.
