In addition to a well-manicured private backyard space, you’ll find a wildlife-filled green space that’s designed for exploration. Fun knows no age boundaries, as proven when your whole family slides down the huge slip ‘n’ slide, landing in the cool waters of the fishing pond. Originally designed by architect George Parker as his own residence, this breathtaking retreat is built into a hillside overlooking a creek and was bestowed the American Institute of Architects award for design in 1978.
Meticulously renovated to incorporate modern amenities, this iconic home stays true to its roots with tasteful vintage accents and the captivating allure of mid-century chic. Nestled on 6.5 acres of forest with everything you need to unplug and enjoy nature, this eye-catching sanctuary is the pinnacle of luxury in Columbus.
BEDROOMS
This spacious home features a unique modular design, creating the illusion of individual luxury cabins slotted together. Within the striking wooden structure, you’ll find five spacious bedrooms, three of which boast direct patio access so you can step outside to sip your morning coffee while listening to the breeze whispering through the leaves. The three top-level bedrooms are accessed by a stylish spiral staircase. Wherever you choose to lay your head, you’ll find each bedroom a comfortable, stylish retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The combination of the double-height ceiling and large windows means this lovely space is bathed in beautiful natural light throughout the day. Relax on the vibrant couch as you catch up on your favorite TV shows or movies on the enormous 85” flat-screen TV. Savor a cup of coffee or play a family board game at the convenient dinette, set next to the windows.
Perched above the living room is a loft workspace, equipped with a 1980s antique desk and chair. This stylish yet comfortable spot is ideal for undertaking some quiet remote work, writing, or reading.

PATIO TERRACE
An extra large terrace overlooks the creek and woods outside Parker House. Included is an outdoor dining set for 6 and vintage Woodard spun fiberglass outdoor furniture. This is a perfect vantagepoint to enjoy a drink while watching the kids play in the creek below. A barbecue is also on the patio for the perfect outdoor meal.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a standard-sized crib, travel crib, high chair, or baby bath, available upon request.

Other things to note
✧ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.
✧ The Butcher’s Block, a separate private dining and kitchen can be made available for your use. For an additional fee, you can reserve the Butcher’s Block, arrange for a private chef to cater your event, or enjoy a cookery class.
✧ A separate recreation room with a climbing wall and vintage toys are available.
✧ The top-floor bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase, which may be a challenge for those with limited mobility.
✧ There are inherent risks of staying in a natural setting, including falling from a height, limbs/trees falling on the house or deck area, animals, insects, etc. These are risks that cannot be eliminated without changing the essential nature of the experience. There are also activities at the property both inside and outside that enhance the guest experience. Some of these may include outdoor nature activities and water activities. All guests are the responsibility of the primary renter. Guests are responsible for their own actions during the course of their stay and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owners, agents and employees for damages or injuries to persons, their minor children, pets or property by reason of any cause either in or around the premises.
