Located just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to the slopes. This home offers all the amenities you could wish for while allowing you to get away from it all and enjoy the wonders of the outdoors no matter the time of year. The space
This home accommodates a maximum of 12 people (children an infants included)
The open floor plan includes four large bedrooms and multiple entertainment areas where families can spend time together but also spread out to relax. Each bedroom is complete with comfortable linens, plenty of storage, and a Roku enabled TV. The walkout basement entices competition with a video arcade plus plenty of family games, puzzles and foosball. Let the winners pick the movie in the media room with special lighting effects. Grill your favorites out on the deck or have s'mores and drinks around the fire pit as you take in nature and get visits from all the wildlife in the area.
****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is enforced by the township law and community guidelines. All souls are counted even infants and children. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
Other things to note
During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day, community amenity passes are required to access the pool and beach.
The pool and beach are open 11am thru 7pm. The current amenity pass cost is $10 per person\per day. You will have the option to purchase these at the office upon registration. The Masthope community board reserves the right to raise this price each season. The board will finalize the summer season pass cost prior to Memorial Day weekend.
During Ski Season (mid-December thru begin-March), renters can receive a discount of up to 25% when purchasing your lift passes at Ski Big Bear with a valid RFID renters pass. This discount is offered directly through Ski Big Bear, so visit their website for specifics on lift passes and this discount.

July 4th Weekend Guests:
Renters during the July 4th weekend do not have access to the community pool or lake amenities. However, the fireworks display is open to everyone, and river access remains available for all guests.

Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals)
We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing.
Please note:
• You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times.
• We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law).
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals unless permitted by the host.
