  • My stay at Ketty & Sheyla's apartment was great! The location was in close proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. Booking was made simple.

  • Good communication, clean/central location, very easy to schedule and instantly responsive. Highly recommended.

  • I was traveling to Philly by myself to attend a Convention and just loved staying in this studio apartment. It was comfortable, more so because of its central location and proximity to venue for my conference. The Apartment had everything I needed. The neighborhood was extremely lively and vibrant.

  • The place was great. Perfect Location, clean, well equipped with an amazing flat screen and rapid wi-fi. Ketty was very nice and helpful. I will definitely choose this studio if I come again to Philadelphia.
The only thing is that the picture does not correspond to the apartment. There is carpet on the floor.

  • I had a Wonderful stay here for the month I was in Philadelphia. The apartment itself is slightly different than the apartment that is pictured, but it is fantastically located and very comfortable.
Both the bed and futon are very comfortable and TV is awesome! The Internet was fast and reliable and there were plenty of pillows and sheets and towels. There was a large dresser with plenty of storage space and also a good sized closet. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The views from up there on the 23rd floor were great and it was nice to have windows that you could open for fresh air. The kitchen is not a separate room, the apartment is a studio with a kitchenette. There is a small fridge, sink, oven/stove top, and a microwave. There is cabinet space and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The only real negative is the carpet. It is quite worn and could have stood a good washing. Other than that, the apt was very clean and well maintained.
The security in the building is very good and they are nearly militant about checking in guests. There is always a doorman on duty. While I was there, they were doing maintenance on the elevators so one was out of order, but there are usually 3. There is also a laundry in the building which is large and has many machines, but they are not coin operated. It requires a laundry card (ask about it if you are going to need to do laundry)

Ketty was VERY helpful and quick with responses to questions. She was just great and made me feel very comfortable while I was there! I would most certainly recommend this as a great place to stay in Philadelphia!

  • Ketty was very helpful and flexible with my changing arriving schedule. She was also extremely responsive (within minutes) if I had any questions. The location is incredible. Note that the apartment does not look anything like the pictures. It's carpeted, with a kitchenette and is not as bright. The building has a very friendly doorman and the apartment is on a high floor, so you don't hear any street noise. The TV is incredible, which was great since there was an incredible snow storm while I was there. Thanks for a great visit!

  • The good: Great location, in the heart of the Gayborhood. Close to the convention center, airport train at Market, city hall, tons of restaurants, museums, and more. Comfortable efficiency in a doorman building. Good temperature and lots of natural light. Easy checkin / checkout, good communication. Fast wifi. Iron and ironing board and enough hangers and room in the closet. French press and sufficient dishes. On the 23rd floor with a fantastic view, so not much street noise. Air conditioner and heater both work fine (and yes, the weather changed enough that I had to use both).

The bad: No toilet paper - I had to get some at the grocery store. No washcloth in the bathroom or linens in the kitchen, and no paper towels either. The apartment is not as-pictured. Instead of hardwood floors, there's a well-worn wall-to-wall tan carpet. The curtains are lace, so no way to block out the sun to sleep in or take a nap. The landlord is clearly from the school of "another layer of paint will solve all problems." The kitchen is in the efficiency, not in an alcove as pictured. The whole place felt smaller than the pictured unit, though better furniture arrangement would have helped (see below).

The odd: On the second to last night of my stay, they dropped in and changed the sheets. The room is laid out strangely, with the couch facing the bed and a large dead space behind the dresser. I'd be very surprised if the bed is really a queen - I think it was a twin. I'm not tall and my feet hung off the end if I didn't scoot up... I never saw or met the Ketty or Sheyla, we just left keys for each other.

Overall, I was happy with the experience and would consider staying here again on another visit. You really can't beat the location.

  • Jetty and Shayla's place was great for what I needed! I would definitely stay there again. The place I stayed is not the 3rd floor studio pictured, it was on the 23rd floor but it was comparable (with great views).

  • I would recommend the apartment. Ketty was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. It was easy to get the key and she helped me navigate the area. The apartment was clean enough (bathroom especially clean and pleasant) and the location suited me perfectly. Nice building with doorman.

  • PERFECT LOCATION, DECENT STUDIO, VERY COMFORTABLE, ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE PICTURES THEY USE ON THEIR LISTING ARE NOT OF THE APARTMENT I STAYED IN, THEY HAVENT BEEN UPDATED, THE FURNITURE IS THE EXACT SAME SO I GUESS THEY JUST MOVED OR SOMETHING, AND THE TV WASNT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING SO DURING MY DOWN TIME I COULDNT DO ANYTHING BUT PLAY ON MY LAPTOP AND LOOK AT THE CEILING, THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST HAD THE BASIC CHANNELS HOOKED UP, BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THOSE EITHER, IT WAS A SHAME REALLY COZ THEIR TV IS SPECTACULAR, IF THEY GET CABLE I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN, I LOVE TO WATCH TV, MOSTLY SPORTS AND REALITY STUFF, SO I WAS A LITTLE BUMMED OUT. APARTMENT WAS COOL THOUGH, SAFE BUILDING, DOORMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. IF U CANT FIND A HOTEL THIS IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE, THE HOLIDAY INN AND THE INDEPENDENT HOTEL ARE ALL ON THE SAME BLOCK.

Sometimes in life you find a special friendship, someone who comes into your life sometimes and makes you laugh constantly.
