Our beautiful 60 m2 2-room apartment, fully air-conditioned with elevator, offers you a large bedroom, a very comfortable living room and a fully equipped independent kitchen.

Take advantage of the sunny balcony to admire the surroundings. Explore the old town, beaches and botanical gardens.

Discover the cultural richness of Menton and visit Italy, Monaco, Nice and the surrounding area.

The space
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with elevator, and consists of:


- a large entrance connecting the living rooms.

- a very comfortable living room bathed in sunshine from 11:00 a.m. until evening and beautifully decorated with its very high ceiling height inviting you to relax or even rest with its second sofa bed (140 x 200).

- a dining area perfectly integrated into the space with a friendly table where you can share good times.

- a fully equipped kitchen, nothing is missing :)

- a bathroom ideal for recharging and relaxing after a day of discovery with its walk-in shower and all the necessary equipment for your comfort.

- a large bright bedroom also overlooking the balcony with double bed (160 x 200) and plenty of storage to store your belongings.

Guests can also enjoy the sunny balcony from the living room overlooking the sea for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

High-speed Wi-Fi will allow you to share all your beautiful moments with your loved ones.

If you're traveling with a baby, a crib, high chair and bouncer seat are available on request.

This accommodation is NON-SMOKING and parties are forbidden, but its balcony and panorama will make your "cigarette break" even more pleasant.

You can also easily find a spot for your vehicle (paid or free) on the adjacent streets or in the parking lots of the neighboring city of Menton.

Located at the foot of the Bioves Gardens (where the famous lemon festival takes place) it is also close to the beaches, the Casino de Menton, the Cocteau Museum and the old town.

This is the perfect base for discovering this beautiful city of Menton.

In addition, the train station and bus stops are just a short walk from our apartment, making it easy to get around the area (Nice, Monaco and of course Italy).

A bakery is located in our building and is open every day of the week (including Sunday) from 6:30am to 7:30pm to delight and treat you, as well as a supermarket, bank and restaurants nearby.

The tourist office is located a few meters away to allow you to benefit from all the useful information to make the most of your stay.
