My beautiful apartment is available and I've just had it furnished. Photos coming soon. Everything is modern and quite comfortable. Pre-war era building. Original re-exposed brick, beams its beautiful. Perfect location and fully furnished. Includes wifi, cable, linens, towels etc.

The neighborhood is fantastic about 50 feet from the subway, Whole Foods is around the corner and there is plenty to do within walking distance. There's literally everything around you, grocers, bars, restaurants, landmarks, paths, views, history, the neighborhood is amazing.

I may be flexible for arrival or departure times however must be coordinated prior to arrival.

Discounts available for extended stays.

  • The host was very prompt in communicating. The place was exactly as advertized. It was clean, spacious and safe. It was very convenient to the 2nd Av F subway station as well as many buses from 1st and 2nd Aves as well as Houston St. There are eight subway stations within a half mile with 9 line choices. It's only one floor up, so convenient for those with heavy luggage. The neighbors are quiet and pleasant. The backyard is like a small grotto in the city. The neighborhood is full of excellent restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, etc.

  • My family and I loved the apartment!! Everything is exactely as described, it is clean, comfy and beautiful. We felt very homelike and safe there. The neighborhood is great, there are lots of bars and small cafés and the subway (F Line) is just two minutes away. You can also walk to the Broadway & SoHo in about ten minutes and there´s a big Whole Foods Market around the corner.
Edard and Fernan were so friendly and very helpful with all of our special requests.
I would definitely stay there again! For NYC a great apartment!

  • The place was clean and safe, in an excellent location. I would rent here again. Notes to future tenants: Unlike some air BNB's this one doesn't have anything in the pantry to start out with...bring your own soap, etc., but there are a ton of 24/7 bodegas with everything you need. We got checked in at 1:30am with no problem.

Two other notes: The fold-out couch-bed is just a foam pad, and the top third of it is not at all soft. if you're sleeping on it you can see into the nearby bedroom (the curtains don't cover all of the glass).

So this is definitely a great and comfy place for 4 people, 2 per bed, and in that context I would definitely stay here again! But if you're bringing a fifth they'll basically end up sleeping on the floor. I might still stay here, but I'd bring an air mattress for the fifth.

  • Thank you Edard for renting your appartment to my family. We were with 5 persons, two 2 person bedrooms and 1 person in the living room. All worked out well. Very good beds. During the nights it was quite. We slept very well. The appartement was clean, a good kitchen and a large refrigerator
The appartment was close to a metro station and walking distance to Little Italy and China Town. All was very convinient.
I can recommend this appartment to everybody else.

  • "This is a beautiful and very comfortable apartment: it is very central and yet quiet, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We couldn't have hoped for a nicer place to stay!"
We will back some day. Thanks for all Edward.

  • Great, clean apartment in a convenient location. Kitchen is particularly useful with the grocery store down the block.

  • Edward and Fernan were great hosts. They were very accommodating with our late arrival (12:30am). Fernan met us at the apartment, helped with our bags and showed us around.

On the first morning we noticed that some light bulbs were out and the cable TV wasn't working and one TV's screen was also broken. Having messaged Edward I was so pleased with how quickly he responded; by the time we got home that day the cable TV had been sorted and he'd even provided a new TV to replace the broken one. First class service. The apartment itself has everything you'd need for your stay...very comfy memory foam mattresses, powerful shower, great kitchen utilities etc. It was also incredibly peaceful in the apartment block.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. So easy to access everything and the East Village is great for eating, going out and shopping. Must go to the Meatball Shop which is 5 mins walk away plus Crif Dogs and Please Don't Tell as well.

Would definitely recommend this apartment and was so pleased as it was our first time using AirBnB.

    Thanks again Edward and Fernan.

  • This was a great and optimal place to stay! It's close to the the Whole Foods, Subway stations, SoHo shopping, and most importantly the CLINTON ST. BAKING COMPANY (a must go brunch place, but go when they open or expect a wait).

Everything is new and well kept.

The beds were comfortable and clean. We got there as the cleaning lady was finishing up and it was just great to see the detail of which she cleaned.

There were room heaters that were super strong. We all stayed extra warm.

My only true cons was that there were not enough duvet covers (the comforter for the sleeper sofa didn't have one) and only 1 of 3 TV actually got any cable.

All in all a place I would love to come back to. I will definitely rebook if I come back to NY.

  • Bonne adresse, l'appartement est très bien situé.
Juste un peu bruyant la nuit.
