  • Lovely house, great location. Everything we needed - thanks!!!

    April 2014
  • This house is just as cute as the pictures, fresh flowers and all! There were 4 of us who stayed comfortably in this adorable home, used the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning (grocery stores nearby), and came back to hang out listening to the amazing vinyl collection each night. The bathroom is small, but still functional and serves its job. Would recommend this place to anyone with 2-4 people looking for a cozy place!

  • The house is quaint, but clean and quiet. Beds are unbelievably comfortable, bathroom is small but absolutely sufficient. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house, but it was a great option for staying in Denver, with access to downtown by foot, cab, or public transit. It is 'as advertised' in every way.

  • Eliza was great! We contacted 3 people in Denver and she was the first and only response. So helpful, as we were on the road and looking for accommodation that night. Also, we got in late and it just wasn't a problem at all.
The house is adorable, clean and convenient for getting around.
Also the outdoor space and off street parking were a plus. We hope to return!
    Highly recommended!

  • I recommend this place 100%! Eliza's heartbreakingly adorable house was exactly what we needed! I was traveling with my boyfriend and another couple to visit friends in Denver. Clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable, this house was perfect for lazy mornings, reading and listening to the amazing record collections, sitting in the backyard with a nice cup of coffee, and spending time relaxing and hanging out. We were walking distance or a short cab ride from everything we came to see and do. It was truly perfect for our needs! Thanks Eliza! If you are ever down in Houston, please allow us to return the favor!

  • This house was very clean and looked just like the photos listed. The bathroom is kind of smaller and not as modern, but does what it needs to. The backyard patio w/the grills and fireplace was clutch. We really enjoyed our b'fasts out there in the a.m. The neighborhood seems like it's still in transition, but is very quaint and convenient. We were able to walk to a coffee shop a few blocks down as well as take Uber for less than $10 most places we went. Eliza and her husband were very quick to reply anytime I had a question (via text). The decor is very cute and the kitchen has a vintage feel. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely use this place again! We were 2 couples staying there and didn't have an issue with the bed and futon bed. Couch is also a sectional which can comfortably fit another person if needed. They also have a spare air mattress in case of emergencies. I would highly recommend this house. Great price/location and prompt response from the host.

  • This is a great house, very nicely furnished and with all one might need. Eliza and her husband are excellent hosts. It is obvious they care about their guests having a nice experience. The instructions were clear and everything worked fine. When we arrived the router was unplugged by accident so internet did not work but Eliza answered her phone immediately and we sorted it out on the spot. Internet connection was good. The area may feel a bit quiet at night, but is clearly being gentrified. 30 minute walk from the convention center, and well-connected by bus. Check out amazing cool restaurant "work & class" nearby (website hidden).

  • Eliza's home is beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. Eliza was very responsive to all requests, and was even polite to me when I was a little late checking out (sorry!). The house is definitely in a neighborhood, not a city environment. For us, it was perfect.

  • This place is an absolute gem - it's about a 15 minute train ride or 25 minute walk from downtown, homey, artistically decorated, with ample offerings (nice kitchen set up, tea, extra blankets, cozy heating system, etc). Eliza has made it a point to offer all the information you'd possibly need and she is available for other questions. She was prompt in her responses and we'd absolutely stay at her home again!

  • Eliza was quick to respond and a great host. The house was convenient to all we needed and had such great character. It will be top of the list when I visit Denver.
