Our neighbor takes care of snow removal and some of the yard work. If you see her around feel free to ask her questions. She also has a private room listed on AirBnB if your looking for overflow space.
We have gardeners stopping by to water and care for the vegetable garden. So don't be alarmed if you see someone in the yard. Please eat as many vegetables as you want during your stay!
As many of you know, recreational marijuana is legal in Denver. If you choose to partake, please smoke outside. We have a special lockbox for smoking utensils, etc. We ask that if you want to leave any related items behind that you please use the little, red lockbox in the laundry room designated for this purpose. We wouldn't want any unsuspecting or underage people ingesting edibles, etc. Thanks for your thoughtfulness. Enjoy!

The house was just perfect for our weekend vacation. It was everything & more. Great art all through the house. It was like having a personal art museum. Loved the record player & musical instruments. We definitely enjoyed all of them & staying at Eliza's place. This was our first airbnb experience & it was all we wanted & more. Home away from home.
This house is really great option if you are looking for a place to stay and feel like a local. The house is really cute and fits the pictures. It has a very artsy and cozy feel and I love the sun/laundry room in the back leading to the back yard, giving the place a very sunny airy feel. It was very clean and what we expected, with maybe the exception of the bathroom. There was a lack of toiletries, which isn't required but it would have felt like a nice welcome.
You're very close to The Purple Door for some really great coffee and within a mile walking distance to other great coffee shops and places to hang.
Eliza wasn't there to greet us but she was very responsive via Airbnb message and directions very straightforward.
This was a beautiful house in a wonderful location! Everything was exactly as Eliza described, and she was a wonderful hostess to us, very responsive to questions and accomodating! We had an amazing time thanks to Eliza and her beautiful house!
Three friends and I stayed here for two nights during a short vacation to Denver. The place was AWESOME! Exactly as described and the records were a great feature. The location is close to many bars and restaurants and only a $5 Uber to basically anywhere else you want to go downtown.
Our stay was great! The place was charming and even better than what we expected. Very artsy and comfortable. Felt like home! Eliza was very helpful and quick at responding when we had questions. The neighbourhood was also very nice and quiet. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. No complaints here! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eliza!
Very nice place. Everything as described and well equipped. Nice Garden with BBQ. Very uncomplicated contact with the hostess. Thank you very much!
