We would like to share that we were very disappointed after reading Jerome's review as we want all of our guests to be happy with their stay at our cottages. Also, this being our first negative review of this type, we are not quite sure how to respond or remedy this. What we can share is we made every effort to meet Jerome’s needs. We responded within 24 hours to fix what was in our control as well as providing additional items as requested. We offered to refund his money and move him to another place and we also offered him a very generous gift certificate, equal to one nights stay, at one of Maui’s finest restaurants. He declined both offers. He specifically asked for a much greater value on the gift certificate. And lastly, some of his comments just aren't true. If you are reading this review, please do not let it dissuade you from visiting one of our cottages.
