Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Close to casinos, beach, Heavenly, lake and hiking. Wooded condo complex. 2 bedroom plus fold out couch. Private hot tub. HVAC system. TV's in every room. Parking. Pool/spa/game room at condo complex. Restful retreat with conveniences of home. 3-DAY MINIMUM, 4-DAY MINIMUM DURING THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S.

The space
This is a clean and cozy place perfect for a couple's getaway, family outing or a group of friends. There is one full bath with an attached room with another sink, which provides a nice dividing space between bedrooms.

It is a great location for anyone wanting to explore South Lake Tahoe. Hiking trails just a few steps out the front door.

This is our Tahoe home and is stocked accordingly. Coffee, shampoos, necessities supplied. We love to share our place with great guests, and hesitate to mention fold out bed as we think it works best for groups of four, but it is great for kids (or young backs!) Guests have told us we are short selling the place by not saying how roomy it is but it does only have one full bathroom.
We've recently added an HVAC system to our newly remodeled cabin with all top-of-the-line furnishings to include a Breville, espresso machine, brand new top of the line purple mattresses with a screaming fast internet. Not only is heavenly mountain in view from the living room picture windows, it just feels like heaven when here.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo, parking spaces, and use of clubhouse and pool area. The entire condo is yours!

Other things to note
We have all the basic amenities of home: Traeger barbecue pit, cookware, glasses, coffee makers, espresso machine, coffee and sweetness, spices, etc. You will need most condiments.

Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Will work with you on these times depending on guests leaving before you or checking in after you.

Neighborhood highlights

The condo complex is in a great wooded area right across from Edgewood Golf Course. You can hike trails behind complex, and there is even a trail to the nearby Safeway, Dollar Store, etc.

There is a club house right across from lake with pool, spa, game room etc that you are welcome to use or just enjoy the private hot tub on deck off master bedroom. (You can get to it through living room too.)

Gas river rock fireplace. Flat screens in both bedrooms and living room. Apple T.V. High speed internet. Coffee maker plus Keurig. Fully stocked kitchen for cooks who want to prepare meals at home.

Love to travel. Non-smoker, who will take good care of your property, just as I like my place to be taken care of by guests. I love being near nature, especially water. I have friends all over the country and love that Air B and B makes it easier for me to spend time visiting them without having to impose and stay with them. I feel like this service is based on good will, and one of my favorite sayings: "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." I think people take a leap of faith offering their homes to strangers and it works because most people who use this service know it's a privilege that needs to be honored for it to work. And I love that it does!
