We have a private room with a full size bed, a twin size bed and a bathroom right next to the room. There is also a bathroom downstairs that guests are welcome to use.
The home is located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood a little more than a mile North of Old Town. We have 2 extra bikes that guests are welcome to use, it is a 5 to 10 minute ride to old town. We are close to the river which has a beautiful bike path that runs along it. We are walking distance from New Belgium brewery and nearby to a big park.
We have a large open kitchen, fenced backyard, large patio with a fireplace and chairs, and 2 living rooms, all open for use.
The downstairs living room has a pull out bed in the couch if needed.
My husband Noah and I live in the home. We also have a well behaved, friendly dog named Reggie.
My stay in Fort Collins, hosted by Stefani & her husband, was very relaxing, fun & comfortable. The two of them are a very sweet, thoughtful, creative, and educated couple. I enjoyed meeting them, chatting a bit & staying in their home. My room was spacious, the bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, & I layered the blankets. One night called for some extra clothes because it did get a little chilly. It was a treat to sleep somewhere very quiet since I'm used to being in the city. There was only the rare occasion of a dog bark or train mid-morning, not a big deal at all. We all shared a bathroom, which was never a problem, always clean & tidy, & I enjoyed reading the Mandarin on shower curtain. I would definitely want to stay with them again & would recommend it to other kind people.
stefani is easy to communicate with and very sweet. she was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was very accommodating. her home is in a nice quiet neighborhood near old town and the room was simple. my stay was pleasant and i enjoyed my chat with stefani over the hot cup of tea she made for me. thank you, stefani!
Very close to old town Fort Collins, if you bring a bike you can ride there from Stefanis. I did not bring a bike, but I rented one through the Fort Collins bike library in old town for free! I highly recommend that on your trip. I also was able to take an extremely beautiful ride along the Poudre trail. Look it up if you're into biking. Stefanis place was a good place to sleep, and she had the sweetest dog named Reggie. Stefani was welcoming, and very interesting to talk to!
Stefani and Noah are great hosts. They were very welcoming and accommodating to our busy schedule. The room is nice and clean with a window looking out to the west. And we both loved there dog reggie. Thanks Stefani and Noah look us up if you ever out in San Diego!
This was a great stay for me. I am a Colorado flood victim, and I was cared for like I was in my own personal space. So grateful to these wonderful people.
Stefani and Noah are a very nice couple. Enjoyed our short stay. Comfortable beds and convenient bath right outside bedroom. They were very kind to watch our Scottypoo dog for the afternoon and evening while we attended a wedding. Highly recommend them as hosts or guests.
I arrived a day late due to weather delays, and kept odd hours due to work, and Stefani was responsive and great throughout. The room was simple and clean. Much preferable to the flourescent glow and chemical aroma of a hotel.
Stefani & Noah were wonderful hosts. We spent most of the stay running around Fort Collins for our friends wedding & popping in & out. They were always pleasant & made sure we were comfortable & did not need anything. Their dog is so sweet. The house is very cute & cozy. Our room was comfortable & clean. We would definitely stay with them again!
Stephani was a great host. She was really flexible with out check in time and old ft. Collins was a short bike ride away. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay with her any time we were in Ft. Collins. She lent us bikes and even gave us a bag of basil and an amazing pesto recipe before we left! If you're visiting you should stay here.
We were only here to sleep/shower pretty much. Neighborhood was really cute and easy walk to New Belgium and "Old Town"... Stefani and Noah were nice and accommodating especially since we did not know exactly when we'd be in town. Thanks a lot!!!!
