The deck overlooking the lake and private dock with boat slip is located across the street on the lake side of the property. The house is not on the lake. Close to all the marina's. Right in the heart of Bourbon country.

Dock does not have railing, so please have young children wear a life jacket when on the dock. Life jackets are not provided
