This charming, newly renovated townhouse is located in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver's most upscale neighbourhood. It is mere steps from the seawall, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bistros and shops that make Yaletown the place everyone wants to live.
The suite is 1100 square feet, with wooden floors, granite countertops, a living room, dining room, en suite washer and dryer and is fully furnished. It is a five minute walk to the heart of downtown.
It is located two blocks from the sky train station, a short 20 minute ride directly to the airport, with walking access to everything you could need.
The two bedrooms on the top floor of the two story unit are light filled. The master bedroom exits on to a private patio and courtyard.
There is a private gym and sauna steps away from the master bedroom.
This suite is perfect for an executive or a family with a young child. The Roundhouse Community Centre is blocks away and the Vancouver Public Library is down the street.

We had a wonderful time at Rachels place. We and our daughter (6 years old) in particular felt really being at home. Staying in a townhouse is so much different and nicer as beeing in a hotel. Yaletown is a wonderful neighborhood. Rachel and her husband were very supportive. Once they organized a baby sitter allowing us a wonderful evening in Vancouver.
Rachel was easy to reach during our stay and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely manner. The location of the unit was excellent. About 1-2 weeks prior to our visit we had asked if we could extend the reservation by one more night, as my mother-in law wished tostay one more day in Vancouver. Rachel said that would be fine and that we could pay for the additional day when we arrive; however, the day we arrived, she emailed to say extending the reservation was no longer possible. Learning this at such a late date created considerable stress and expense for us, which could have been avoided it she had declined the request when we made it. The unit has an unusual coffee machine that requires special "pods" I recommend you find out what they are and where to find them before you arrive.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Rachel's. A very cosy and perfectly located townhouse. Her husband had greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around. i would definitely repeat my experience at this townhouse in Vancouver. A perfect fit for a party of 3. Thank you Rachel
Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood. Well stocked with lots of staples. Easy communication and flexible owner. Lovely experience!
Very friendly hosts and super comfy place! Thanks for everything!
I stayed 2 nights with 2 family members in Rachel's townhouse and we really enjoyed our time there. The townhouse is located in a wonderful area of town, near everything, a few blocks from the water and around the corner from fabulous restaurants, coffee shops and night life. It's a beautiful place and Rachel was very fast in responding to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Rachel was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. She even chatted on the phone and gave some great tips about Vancouver and recommendations for us to go during our short stay in the city. The house was exactly as described and is in a great location for quickly access the various neighborhoods of downtown Vancouver. While it was only a short 2 night visit, we felt like locals who lived in Vancouver during our stay.

I am an entrepreneur and business coach living in Vancouver, BC. I have been skiing in Whistler since I was a young girl and truly believe it is like heaven on earth being in Whistler's energy. The summers have proven to be just as much fun, with all of the outdoor activities we now have to offer.
I bought my first apartment in Whistler in 2006, which was a lifetime dream come true. In order to help pay for it I started to rent it out from time to time. I now own three units and thoroughly enjoy sharing what I love about Whistler with my tenants, who I feel are friends.
I had a daughter in 2013 and brought her to Whistler when she was 2-weeks old so that she could start a love affair with the place from a young age. My goal is to help you have an experience of a lifetime. ANYTHING I can do to make your stay more pleasant is my absolute pleasure.
