This single-family house is located near the center of the village of Závažná Poruba. It is a traditional house built at the beginning of the 20th century. It includes 4 bedrooms, one kitchen which is also a dayroom. The bathroom is on each floor.

It has its own garden and ample parking space. Terrace with outdoor seating and a grill included.

The house is close to ski resorts (Ski Opalisko 5min/ Jasná Nízke Tatry 25min) or a grocery store.

The space
Traditional, detached house Mária is located in the middle of the village Závažná Poruba. It was built on the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, of course it was renovated.

It has 4 separate rooms, a kitchen that is also a common room, and on each floor a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer. box) with fireplace, TV, darts and toys for children. On the dashboard, you'll find up-to-date maps from the region and tourist leaflets. An interesting feature is the ceiling with a gentle vault.

On the first floor is a spacious front room and a back room, which is equipped with historic period furniture.

On the second floor is a front room with a smaller kitchen counter and a back room. Both have an oval ceiling and preserved historic wooden doors. Each room has storage space.

Total capacity of the house: 12 beds. We can provide baby cot and high chair on request.

Behind the house is a patio with seating, barbecue, smaller garden and squid (table football).
Parking is right next to the house-two cars in the yard and one on the arrival bridge.

The house is rented as an entire property with its own fenced-in property. This way, the accommodations have their privacy.
