Condo building rules:
- No pets.
- Condo quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am (although with cement walls, it is very hard to disturb the neighbors or be disturbed yourself).
The condo was well decorated and very clean. The bed's were comfortable with plenty of extra pillow, blankets, etc. Easy walk to most places downtown. We walked to the World Congress Center, Aquarium, Centennial Park.
The only bad part about our stay was the air handlers for the building were down (not the host's fault). It was cool enough to leave windows open at night, but the noise from the highway and all the other city noise was distracting to sleep through.
Overall I would recommend this place to a friend.
Ben and Erin's place was just as described! It was extremely clean and organized. Coffee and tea was provided in the pantry and lots of dishes were available for use for cooking. The view was great and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to see all of the attractions such as World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park. Although I did not meet them personally, Ben and Erin were great hosts! They were responsive and left us with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Atlanta!
Everything was perfect. Great location. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Very clean and nice place.
As first timers to AirBnB, I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Thank goodness because my husband is a loyal Marriott rewards member, so it took a lot of convincing to get him to try AirBnB. The 24 hour security guard is nice because we checked in late on our first evening. The condo was well stocked will all necessary items for a family of four. It was within walking distance to all of our activities (aquarium, Children's museum, Olympic Park and Ferris wheel). On a major road so easy to get around to explore other parts of town. Ben was very quick to respond to questions I had about the unit. Beds were really comfortable! The unit was tastefully decorated and was great for small children because there were minimal things on shelves they could potentially break (we moved it all up higher just to be safe). They put a lot of thought into items stocked in their kitchen ( a cooler for picnics in the park) and even a baby bottle cleaner! We had a great experience and I would stay here again! Better than a hotel!
My best friend and I were in Atlanta for a girls trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. First off let me say that the condo is as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. The apartment was IMMACULATE inside. I really like that the place with stocked with basic supplies but not so much that you felt that you were intruding into some else's space. It was nice to have access to things like a first aid kit for bandaids and a kettle to make a cup of tea. Ben and Erin were both super nice and lightning fast getting back to us on any questions we had. The price was perfect since we were on a bit of a budget and the location was optimal. If you're looking to go to the big attractions like World of Coke, the Aquarium or the Martin Luther King Jr. Historical site this location is close to it all. Plus there's lot's of great places nearby to eat. It's very close to public transportation but we're city girls and walked to most of the nearby attractions. Would definitely stay there again.
We had an awesome stay at Ben and Erin's place in Atlanta. Although it was unfortunate that we didn't meet the host, he made sure that our stay was as trouble-free as possible. The unit itself was very nice and pretty much within walking distance of downtown Atlanta. The host went to check in on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. It was my very first Airbnb booking and wasn't quite sure of how everything works, but had an excellent experience overall. I'd definitely recommend staying at this place.
The condo Ben and Erin offer is great. I traveled to Atlanta with my three sons and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean and comfy. Plenty of blankets and pillows for us and then some. The condo was located perfectly for all of our planned activities and very convenient getting in and out of. Front lobby staff was also helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend and come back here if in Atlanta.

Erin got a job at Airbnb (!) and moved to San Francisco! She completed a PhD in economics in 2012. Ben earned an MA in applied linguistics in 2013 and teaches English to non-native speakers.
We are friends who have worked, traveled and lived together. In 2010, we bought an abandoned condo in Erin's building and fixed it up. It has amazing views of Atlanta and is a perfect home base for business or pleasure travel. After Erin moved out to California, she was able to put her Atlanta home on Airbnb as well.
About Erin: She's lived in Indiana, Australia, DC, Atlanta and now San Francisco, and has traveled to 5 continents, 31 countries and 46 states. She likes traveling, geography/maps, math, yoga, trivia, spreadsheets, golfing, football (Go Colts!), and animals (dogs especially). =)
About Ben: He's lived in DC, Northern Virginia, Massachusetts, Southern California, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Atlanta. He likes people, travel, running (head over to the Beltline while you're here!), biking, and spending time at the Chesapeake Bay.
We look forward to sharing our knowledge of Atlanta as well as our condo with you! We hope to see you soon!
