  • I stayed at Ben and Erin's condo for 4 nights while attending a conference located nearby. Their place is spacious, centrally located, and well furnished. Everything was really clean and well organized. Ben and Erin provide a booklet with information about the apartment and nearby restaurants and businesses, which was really useful for navigating a city that is new to me. They couple was really great about communication too. They checked in with me a week before my trip to make sure I had now trouble with my stay. Overall I had a fantastic trip and highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

  • This is a very nice condo. I felt like it was a really good deal too! Walking distance to so many things. Ben was really nice and helpful and the bottle of wine he left us in the condo was such a nice touch after traveling all day. A very good experience!

  • My partner and I stayed at the condo for 6 days and I cannot thank Ben enough for being such a welcoming and warm host and for having such a beautiful, clean and comfortable place for us to call "home" for the week. The condo was absolutely perfect - just as it looks in the pictures. It was well equipped with everything you'd need (and more!), impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave! We were in town during the second snow/ice storm and Ben went out of his way to ensure we had all the things we needed and had countless suggestions of activities to keep us busy on the snow day. He also had excellent restaurant recommendations and a very helpful neighborhood guide, which came in so handy. He is a very thoughtful person, beyond kind and generous and we are so grateful that he helped make our stay in Atlanta so fun and stress-free. We would go back in a heartbeat!
    Thank you!!

  • This was my first Airbnb stay and it was wonderful. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described and photographed in the listing. I was there to attend a conference at the World Congress Center and it was close enough to comfortably walk. There was a gym in the building that we could use, plenty of space in the apartment, and all the traditional hotel amenities such as bathroom supplies, appliances like hair dryers/irons, coffee, etc., plus a fully stocked kitchen (cooking supplies, plates and even some extras like condiments), extra linens, fast wifi and a great view. They supplied us with a complimentary bottle of wine and a book listing all we needed to know about the place and the neighborhood. They were extremely communicative and responsive. Thanks for making my first Airbnb experience a great one! I will definitely recommend your place to others and reserve again the next time I am in town.

  • Ben and Erin offer the quintessential Airbnb experience. I've made use of their other listing twice on past trips to Atlanta. They are quick and friendly to communicate with, their apartments are immaculately maintained, and they go the extra distance with personal touches such as a great bottle of wine and a welcome notebook full of all the information you need to know. The location is ideal as you can walk to anything downtown and the MARTA subway or parking is included if you have a car. Their building also has a pool and gym. It's like a home away from home...not like some other Airbnb listings that only provide basic necessities, Erin and Ben go above and beyond with every aspect! Enjoy your stay in ATL!

  • We spent almost a week in Atlanta in this great apartment. Location is absolutely downtown, 5 min walk from restaurants and Marta. The apartment is simply superb, supplied with everything what you may need - and more. Spacious, the furniture, decoration and equipment say a lot about the owners' good taste. We received very useful information prior to the trip and during as well; I would definitely return and advise anyone to take the opportunity if the apartment is available. Thank you Ben & Erin!

  • The hosts are very gracious and helpful! They are nearby (same building) so even questions about where is a nearby store or restaurant are answered promptly. The location offered me everything I needed - very convenient proximity to the Mart, easy access to public transportaion. Very clean and quiet place to stay while on business. Highly recommended.

  • This is the second time that we are staying at Ben and Erin and it was just as awesome as before . The place is perfect , very clean and beautifully decorated .Everything is made to make you feel right at home and Ben and Erin 's attention to details is undeniable .The location cannot be more convenient , close to good restaurants , whole food and more coffee shops .
This is the perfect place in Midtown and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Atlanta .

  • My daughter and I had a great time at Ben and Erin's apartment for the SEC championship game! Very comfortable and clean. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the GA dome. All the amenities were wonderful and Ben was a helpful host. Thank you and War Eagle!

About
Hello! Erin got a job at Airbnb (!) and moved to San Francisco! She just finished up a PhD in economics. Ben just finished his MA in Applied Linguistics and teaches English to non-native speakers. We are friends who have worked, traveled and lived together. In 2010, we bought an abandoned condo in Erin's building and fixed it up. It has amazing views of Atlanta and is a perfect home base for business or pleasure travel. After Erin moved out to California, she was able to put her Atlanta home on Airbnb as well. About Erin: She's lived in Indiana, Australia, DC, Atlanta and now San Francisco, and has traveled to 5 continents and 26 countries. She likes traveling, geography/maps, math, yoga, trivia, spreadsheets, golfing, football (Go Colts!), and animals (dogs especially). =) About Ben: He's lived in DC, Northern Virginia, Massachusetts, Southern California, the Middle East, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. He likes people, travel, bootcamp (try a class in Piedmont Park while you're here!), spending time at the Chesapeake Bay, and riding his motorcycle. We look forward to sharing our knowledge of Atlanta as well as our condo with you! We hope to see you soon!
