Semi-Private Space.... This is not a real room with solid walls, but one of two cheerful, inviting, beautifully decorated areas divided by floor to ceiling curtains. In each of these spaces, you will find a very comfortable and well dressed Queen sized bed, a large desk/table area, plenty of storage, wonderful natural light, lush green views of Southern Magnolia branches, and pretty much everything needed to get a cozy night's rest, an afternoon nap, a session of work/study, or just chillin and relaxing. I also have little fans, space heaters, zen fountains, etc... available for guest's comfort. These crash pads are perfect for just a night passing through Atlanta (only 4 quick stops from the Airport, then a 3 minute walk to the house) or even for an extended stay (so close to downtown) In addition to the 2 luxury crash pads , there are 2 private bedrooms with en-suite vanity sinks, so at any given time there could potentially be up to 6 people staying here sharing the one full bathroom and one half bathroom, which is plenty to accomodate a full house. Guests are usually well traveled, friendly, educated, interesting to chat with, and in the habit of good house sharing etiquette. Sorry, no children or pets allowed. However, I do have 2 of the sweetest, cutest dogs ever that stay here from time to time, as well as myself. But, if you are not a dog person, please let me know, so I can be sure you don't encounter them during your stay.
The house....1000 square foot bungalow, built in 1925. Original details such as hardwood floors, high ceilings, big original windows, glass door knobs, etc...tastefully furnished with vintage housewares mixed with modern and elements of nature. Modern kitchen with high-end appliances available to guests, as well as WIFI and laundry facilities. Nice big deck and wooded back yard for those beautiful, sunny Atlanta mornings.
The neighborhood...Sylvan Hills, an up and coming community close to downtown. It's a residential neighborhood comprised of single family homes that has a Bohemian mixed with inner city feel. You won't meet too many tourists around here. It's mostly just local, friendly ATLiens.

Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very nice and accommodating. I stayed in Atlanta for 6 days and was able to spend some time talking to her about anything from Atlanta's good food places to interior design. The house was very close to a Marta station and thus very convenient to visit most of Atlanta's famous landmarks. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet at night. Overall, I would really recommend Tracy's place if you want a comfortable, cozy place to stay with a gracious hostess. And her dogs were the cutest and friendliest too.
Tracy is a great host and very accommodating. My room in her craftsman style house was very clean and I'll definitely check with her first, next time I find myself in Atlanta. Thx Tracy :-)
My stay was perfect, tracy keeps an immaculate home and is a very gracious host. Thanks for making me so comfortable :)
Great place - close to downtown and walking distance from the metro.
Tracy was a lovely house. Her home was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. She is a wonderful host. So glad we got the chance to stay with her.
This is my third time staying with Tracy! Her place is on my must-visit list every time I go to Atlanta. Tracy's new house is just as beautiful as her old ones! As always, Tracy's place beats five star hotels hands down! Highly recommend!
Tracy's space is a beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tucked away in Atlanta, her property is quiet, comfortable and originally decorated for a unique living experience. I also appreciated the fire-pit in the backyard. It was a great place to stay, Tracy was an excellent host, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta area.

Beautiful place, excellent host. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay for $30 a night
Great little crash pad in Atlanta. Really comfortable bed, clean sheets and nice decor. Tracey was really friendly and nice. For the money I paid, it exceeded my expectation.
