My apartment offers an exquisite yet delicate touch of simplicity for our business, family and leisure travelers. The apartment is relaxing bastion of affordability.
The apartment is located on the Gołębia Street 3 (only 30 meters from the Old Market Square) in a lovely renovated building with a view of a ballet school. The apartment consists of: fully equipped bathroom (washing machine, shower, hair dryer, towels), capacious wardrobes (ironing board, iron, clothes) and the room divided into 3 parts: a bedroom with a double queen size bed (which may also be used as two single beds), sitting area (with two beds) and kitchen (with table and 2 chairs). Completes the highest quality equipment and household appliances, and access to high-speed internet and cable television. We cordially invite you to our "pigeon" amenities!
Our home offers a wonderful combination of city living with great local amenities all in a private space of your own in a safe and comfortable home.
Thanks so much for viewing and have a great day!!
We would be happy to introduce you to the neighborhood and help with directions or planning itineraries if you like!
apartment is clean, comfortable and centrally located. Bedroom and living room are in the same room. Service ok.
First time in Poland and what an amazing weekend in Poznan. The apartment's location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town. Checked in around 1 am and the whole process was really smooth (had a bit of a hard time finding the hostel to pick up the key though). Will definitely be back.
We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it is a really lovely place. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town, at a walking distance to all the sights and just by the main square with many great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with all the utilities we could need as well as a TV. The bed, instead of being a double bed, is actually two single beds next to each other. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!
As other have said, perfect location in a very well kept modernized building. The apartment is small but the furniture perfectly arranged so it does feel more spacious. We have been there in winter so we appreciated highly the well and quick working heating system. Internet worked well, while the TV only has Polish language channels (but who needs that in a city so beautiful?)
As a little heads-up: As Dagmara describes in the text the bed are two single beds so there is a small gap between the separate mattresses.
Overall, we'd recommend this apartment warmly.
The Modern Apartment in the Old Market of Poznan is everything it is advertised to be. The apartment is well appointed. Dagmara and the staff at the associated nearby hostels are very accommodating and helpful.
The location of the apartment is very close to shopping, museums, an information center, restaurants, clubs, and food for eating at the apartment and transportation by tram, bus, taxi and train.
You could not ask for more.
Beautiful apartment, clean and tidy. Fantastic location. Very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!
This was our first time in Poland and also the first time with Airbnb. The apartement is clean with nice decor, very well located in Poznan. It is near shops and two minutes from the center. No need to rent a car to visit the city.
Goed en schoon appartement, midden in het oude centrum.
Fantastic location!! Close enough to the Stary Rynek (Old Town Square) to be a few steps away, but tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep! It's a small studio, but it was enough space for myself, my wife, brother-in-law, and our 19 month old daughter for a long weekend (Fri - Mon). Dagmara was easy to communicate with and the check-in and check-out process was easy to manage. We'd stay here again if we are Poznan.
