This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the heart of Old San Juan, with an excellent location, within walking distance to El Morro, restaurants, historical monuments. Next to the Tapia theater.
The space
It is a comfortable apartment fully equipped and centrally located, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is queen size. It has 1 bathroom, TV in the first floor and in the bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. You can visit multiple places on our beautiful Island.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the first floor of the condo, however to get to the bedroom you will need to climb a spiral staircase. The apartment has no windows, we use a humidifier to control the humidity.

The apartment does not have parking, but there are several public parking lots very close to the condo. There is a great gastronomic diversity close to the property and famous monuments and theater. Minutes from El Morro, El Paseo de la Princesa. Minutes from public transport stations, trolly, bikes, scooters.
