Loved my stay as always. I feel so comfortable that it makes my travel much more enjoyable.
This place was PERFECT for our needs. My parents were visiting for a few days and we live in a small place just down the road - they stayed at Erik & Toby's to have a bit more room. Hosts were gracious, the place was clean and extremely comfortable. Slept well, stayed warm (on one of the coldest days we've had in a long time!), and even enjoyed the sauna. The location was ideal as well - they were able to head to Lucky's for coffee in the morning and go for a walk around Wonderland Lake after. Will definitely rent here again if needed for future guests!
The Sumac Guesthouse is a sweet little self-contained unit which is ideal for longer stays. This is a great location, close to Wonderlake trails, Lucky's market, topnotch restaurants and coffee shops. The guesthouse was quiet, totally comfortable and well-provisioned. My guesthouse stay was a great bargain.
A very nice place. Great bed, nice kitchen, good bathroom. A nice neighborhood, within walking distance of shopping and a nature walk. The hosts communicated well
Eric and Toby, provided us with a relaxed and cosy experience of Boulder. The apartment was warm and comfortable. Especially for 2 Australians entering a Colorado cold snap. We loved the space. A great location and easy to get around.
Eric and Toby were most welcoming and hospitable, even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment.
Toby and Erik's guesthouse is comfortable, bright, and pristinely clean. They are wonderful hosts !!
This was a great place to stay in Boulder. Erik is a quick and great communicator. The space was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything you might need to cook. The location was also good, close to trails and to downtown.
Erik and Toby have lived in Boulder for over 30 years. Toby is a newly retired professor of theatre and dance. She continues to perform and contribute to the world of dance. Erik works in the realm of construction and green building, and is a local food activist and musician.
