Enjoy this centrally located, stylish apartment wiith private parking space on lively, vibrant Bishy Road, with all its amenities. A 10 minute walk from the railway station, city centre and Knavesmire racecourse.

The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining room, spacious bedroom, shower room and kitchen with hob, combination microwave and coffee machine

Access and parking are on St Benedict's Road, refer to Directions section.

The space
The apartment was fully refurbished in 2023 with a new boiler, electric radiators, shower room and flooring. It's a fabulous space, decorated in a fun mid century style.

Guest access
The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The parking space by the entrance to the apartment marked with yellow lines and with number 13a inside the space is for the exclusive use of guests who are welcome to use it from 12pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of departure.

The property is accessed via a flight of external stairs which are quite steep and narrow and may not be suitable for the less agile. There are hand rails on both sides. The property itself has 3 steps up from the kitchen to the rest of the apartment.

Other things to note
Towels, soap, shower gel, tea, coffee, milk, coffee pods, some breakfast snacks, etc are all provided.

My husband and I live in a large Victorian townhouse where we have three stunning rooms on AirB&B, all with en suite or private bathroom and a self contained 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Our home is in the vibrant Acomb area with loads of local amenities but an easy walk or bus ride into the city centre. Perfect for a peaceful stay!
